China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(01):-
In CHEN Fu-zheng's Complete Work on Children's Disease,s,there are many special viewpoints and experiences of pediatrics. In theory,he fighted against abusing medicine such as metals, stone, camphol, musk in treatment of infantile convulsion. In diagnosis, further developped the diagnostic methods of infants'feeling pulse and finger veinlet inspection. In treatment, proposed original ideas in syndrome differentiation and treatment of convulsion induced by febrile disease, and elucidated the Febrile theories of ZHANG Zhong-jing,WANG Hai-zang,ZHANG Jing-yue,YU Jia-yan,ZHOU Xu-zhong.There were many external therapies such as lamp, moxibustion, external application, sticking, fumigation, washing,as well as internal therapies, and there were many formulas of classic and convenient.

Objective: To observe the effect of ATENS on distance and near vision and stereopsis in amblyopic children patients. Methods: 80 eyes from 70 patients with amblyopia were randomly divided into two groups: the group of ATENS and the group of western medicine. The difference of distance, near vision and stereopsis before and after treatment and between two groups after treatment were observed. Results: Distance and near vision improved and stereopsis diminished significantly after treatment in the TENS group and the western medicine group(P0.05).The curative effect and improving stereopsis in the western medicine group were better than that in the TENS group(P

Objective: To study the contents of hyperoside in Semen Cuscutae, which grew in different host and different environment. Methods: Hyperoside was determined by HPLC.Results: The content of hyperoside is 0.28%-0.65% in the semen Cuscutae growing in different conditions in Shandong. The content is higher in semen of C.chinensis in Linyi, whose host is Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. The content of hyperoside is lower in semen of C.australia which grew in Humulus scandens(lour.) Merr. The content has no obvious difference between C.chinensis and C.australis.Conclusions: The content of hyperoside in semen Cuscutae has relation with the hosts. The content increased with the seed mature degree.

Objective: To study the influence of Centipede Acidic Protein(CAP) on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of cultured neonatal rat cardiac fibroblasts(CFb) induced by angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ),and to explore the mechanisms of CAP on cardiac fibrosis. Methods: Neonatal rat cardiac fibroblasts were treated with AngⅡ to produce fibrosis model. The effects of CAP on proliferation of CFb were observed by MTT colorimetric assay, synthesis of collagen was observed by the hydroxyproline concentration. The NO contents were measured by Nitric acid reductase method. The c-myc expression was examined by semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis. Results: Compared with that of control group, the proliferation, collagen synthesis and the levels of c-myc mRNA expression of CFb in the model group increased, while the NO contents decreased obviously(P

Objective: To establish the standard for the quality control of Dougenguanshitong granule. Methods: The TCL method was used to identify the Radix Ootoginseng and Dioscorea Bulbifera in the granule and the content of matrine in the granule was determined by the HPLC method. Results: The linear relationship of matrine was the range of 0.68-10.2?g(r=0.9997,n=6).The average recovery was 100.23% and RSD was 1.54%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is convenient, rapid, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Dougenguanshitong granule.

Objective:To study the influence of Sinapine on the formation of microvessels in chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane(CAM).Methods: Sinapine was purified by the procedure of pressurized-solvent extraction from Semen Sinapis Albae. The inhibition effect of Sinapine on the chorioallantoic vessel was detected by the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane model. Results: Compared with physiological saline group, large areas of blood vessels in Sinapine groups(5.0g/L and 10.0g/L) had heavy inhibition of angiogenesis on CAM,accompanied by the decreased density of vessels(P0.05).Conclusions: Sinapine can prevent the formation of microvessels of CAM and the effects depend on the concentration.

Objective: To study the effect of volatile oil of Fructus Litseae(FL) ,Rhizoma Zingiberis(RZ) and Rhizoma Acori Talarinowii(RAT) on percutaneous penetration of aconitine through mouse skin in vitro. Methods :By using improved Franz diffusion cells, the effects of these 3 volatile oils on the percutaneous penetration of aconitine were observed and compared with azone, and the cumulative amount of aconitine was determined by HPLC.Results : The penetration coefficient of aconitine with 7%(v/v) volatile oil of FL,RZ and RAT and 3% azone were 10.79,5.82,5.40,3.91,respectively;Compared with the group without penetration enhancers, the differences were significannt;and the enhancement ratios were 3.87,2.09,1.94 and 1.40,respectively,which showed the enhancement ratios of 7% of the 3 volatile oils were higher than that of 3% azone. Conclusion :The 7% volatile oils of FL,RZ and RAT enhance the permeation of aconitine effectively.
8.Analyzing the five prescribing methods of TCM from medical records
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(01):-
Prescription and Chinese herbs are one of the important therapeutic methods of TCM,and it is significant to study how to prescribe for enhancement of the therapeutic effects of prescription and Chinese herbs. In clinical TCM,the main prescribing methods are: prescribing based on syndrome differentiation, prescribing based on disease differentiation, prescribing based on symptom differentiation, prescribing based on constitution differentiation and application of folk or empirical prescriptions. In clinical practice, the five prescribing methods can not be divided thoroughly, often being applied cooperatively. This paper analyzes the five prescribing methods from cases.

Objective: To investigate the effect of Modified Wendan Decoction(MWD) on expression of p-JNK and p-c-Jun in cellular model of AD.Methods: NG108-15 cells were exposured to 5?mol/L A?25-35 for 24h to establish the cell model. After treating with contained-MWD serum, cells morphous were observed, survival rate was tested by MTT and cell apoptosis by FCM,the expression of p-JNK and p-c-Jun was measured by method of immuocytochemistry. Results: MWD obviously reduced the expression of p-JNK and p-c-Jun and cell's apoptotic rate.Compared with the model group, the expression of p-JNK and p-c-jun in the SP600125 group and the group treated with contained-MWD serum decreased significantly(P
