1.Mouse atrial tumor myocytes AT-1 in cardiac electrophysiologic and pharmacologic studies
Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology 2001;15(2):105-110
Atrial tumor myocytes (AT-1 cells) were derived from tumor-bearing mice in which SV40 T large antigen drives atrial natriuretic promoter. AT-1 cells possess many features typically seen in cardiac cells from other species, such as spontaneous beating, multiple ion channels and responses to drugs, etc. Major ion channels are present in AT-1 cells: sodium, calcium and potassium channels. Sodium channel in AT-1 cells is highly sensitive to blocker tetrodotoxin. L- and T-type calcium channels respond to classical blockers. An important outward potassium current in AT-1 cells is the rapidly-activating delayed rectifier (IKr). IKr Is the sole time-dependently repolarizing potassium current in AT-1 cells. AT-1 cells are a very useful tool for studies in cardiac electrophysiology and pharmacology. As yet, a great number of cardiac and non-cardiac drugs have been tested for their IKr blocking actions in AT-1 cells. The polymorphic ventricular arrhythmia (torsade de pointes) is a severe side effect of IKr blockers.

ResultsAs intravenous thrombolytic therapy within 6h after the onset, the ESS scores examined 3 days after thrombolysis in hypothermia group was significantly higher than those in control group. As intravenous thrombolytic therapy during 6h to 12h after the onset, the ESS scores of hypothermia group increased more significantly from 24h after thrombolysis than those in control group. Conclusionft-PA combined with mild hypothermia was more effective than rT-PA only for acute cerebral infarctions, which was effective and relatively safe in the treatment of acute ischemic cerebral vascular disease.
3.Influence of cusp inclination of artificial posterior teeth on abutment displacement of the telescope crown denture
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
Objective:To study the influence of cusp inclination of artificial posterior teeth on abutment displacement of unilateral distal-extension telescope crown denture. Methods:Study models of mandibular unilateral distal-extension and telescope crown dentures with the cusp inclination of 0?,12?,25? and 33? were respectively prepared. When food chip was masticated on the occlusal surface and the dentures were loaded by 29.4 N, 49 N or 68.6 N, the abutment displacement was measured. Then the data were calculated and reciprocally compared with statistical analyses. Results:Between anatomic and 25? semi-anatomic artificial posterior teeth, there were significant differences in the buccolingual and vertical abutment movement(P0.05). The parallel, inclination, twist-like and vertical movement of abutment increased with the increase of the load on the denture. The difference among different level of load was statistically significant (P

Conclusion Misoprostol combined with oxytocin is effective, safe and convenient to patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by pregnancy induced hypertension.
6.Correlation between immune regulation and miRNAs in type 1 diabetes
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2014;30(5):441-443
It is well established that type 1 diabetes (T1DM) is a T cell-mediated autoimmune disease.Controversial data exist regarding the differential control of the immune system in TI DM.Recent studies have demonstrated that MicroRNAs (miRNAs),single-stranded noncoding RNAs,may play a key role in regulation of gene expression in the immune system.Dicer enzymes or abnormal miRNAs may lead to autoimmune reactions, and thus is expected to become a target for early diagnosis and treatment of T1DM in the future. This article reviews the correlations of known miRNAs with the immune regulation in T1DM and the research progression.

Journal of International Oncology 2015;42(1):10-13
Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy and safety of concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) with paclitaxel and lobaplatin for advanced esophageal cancer. Methods Sixty-eight patients with advanced esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method:CCRT with paclitaxel and lobaplatin (TL group) and CCRT with DDP and 5-Fu (PF group). The CCRT regimen included radiotherapy at a total dose of 60-70 Gy,and concurrent paclitaxel 60 mg/m2 on d1,a fraction per week for 6-8 weeks, lobaplatin 30 mg/m2 on d2,a fraction per 3 weeks (TL group),and concurrent DDP 75 mg/m2 on d1,5-Fu 500 mg/m2,d1-5,CF 200 mg/m2,d1-5 (PF group). Results All 68 patients were evaluable for response. The response rates were 73.53% in TL group and 50.00% in PF group, the median progression-free survival were 13.0 months in TL group and 6.5 months in PF group. There were significant differences (x2 =4.023,P =0.040; x2 =4.512,P =0.034).The incidence rates of Ⅲ-ⅣW degree nausea and vomiting, granulocytopenia and thrombocytopenia were 5.88% and 35.29%,20.59% and 32.35%,32.35% and 8.82%,and the differences were statistically significant (x2 = 8.500,P =0.003 ; x2 =3.200,P =0.041; x2 =6.710,P =0.016).The incidence rates of Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree esophagitis in the two groups were 11.76% and 17.65%,and there was no significant difference (x2 =1.45,P =0.493).Conclusion The efficacy of TL group in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer is excellent, and all toxicities are well tolerated. So this protocol may be considered a main regimen in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.
8.Investigation of the status quo of occupational exposures to skin injuries among undergraduate nursing students
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(17):1254-1257
Objective To investigate the occupational exposures to skin injuries among undergraduate nursing students and analyze the causes,so as to provide advices for the standardized pre-service education of occupational protection. Methods To survey 260 students by simple sampling method using self-made questionnaire retrospectively at the end of the internship. The factors influencing skin injuries were analyzed. Results A total of 238 effective questionnaires were obtained. There were 96.64% (230/238) practice students suffered skin injuries, the incidence rate was higher at the initial phase. The injuries-risk factors were using hollow needles and glass ampoule, dispensing and back to the set of the needle cap.The preventive measures which the students executed were squeezing out blood, washing with flowing water and sterilizing with iodine and alcohol.Only 58.47% (473/809) students checked the reports of patients. Most of them were lack of the preventive awareness. Conclusions This study demonstrated that skin injuries occurred frequently among undergraduate nursing students of bachelor degree and their knowledge level about precautions was low.The standard education of pre-service occupational prevention, the occupational exposure post-processing and the reporting system were very necessary.
9.Mechanism of transforming growth factorβin patients with hepatocellular carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2016;22(6):425-428
Transforming growth factor β( TGF-β) plays an important role in regulating cell proliferation , differentiation and apoptosis , and also in the carcinogenesis .Unlike its tumor suppressor function in normal tissue , continuous activation of TGF-βsignaling pathway in inflammatory microenvironment and cancer tissue promotes the progression of hepatocellular carcino-ma ( HCC) .Loss of Smad4 and epithelial to mesenchymal tran-sition ( EMT ) may be the potential mechanisms how TGF-βtransforms from a tumor suppressor to a tumor promoter .Further studies on regulatory mechanism of TGF-βsignaling pathway are of great significance , which could provide new evidence for pre-venting and treating HCC .
