1.Ethical and Legal Issues in the Compulsory Medical Service of Mental Patient from“Diagnosing Mental Disorder but Actually Not”
Chinese Medical Ethics 2015;(3):364-368
The event of “diagnosing mental disorder but actually not” violates patients′right of informed con-sent and refused to health , showing some problems of “diagnosing mental disorder but actually not” and mandatory admission process and psychiatric judicial authentication , and also have some ethical problems .Therefore, relevant departments should perfect the laws and regulation , establish a hospitalized psychiatric patients appeal , the appeal channels , at the same time , physicians should follow a correct understanding , respect patients rights , disinterest-ed, the ethical principles of self -supervision and also use constraints should be regulated .

5.Treatment of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor with liver metastases
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2015;31(5):668-670
Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (pNET)is a rare type of pancreatic tumors. The incidence of pNET shows a gradually increas-ing trend in recent years. The most common organ of distant metastases is the liver.Surgical resection is still the optimal treatment for resect-able,well -differentiated liver metastases with no evidence of extrahepatic spread. For unresectable patients,a combination of multiple mo-dalities,such as transarterial chemoembolization, radiofrequency ablation, systemic chemotherapy, and molecular targeted therapy, can pro-long the survival time of patients.Liver transplantation should be strictly evaluated on an individual basis.

Chinese Journal of Medical Physics 2000;17(4):197-200
As the great progress in computer technology, the image reconstruction of PET has been extensively studied, especially the fast methods being able to suppress the noise and meanwhile improve spatial resolution. This paper gives a brief description of the principle and research status of PET reconstructions, and that of 3D PET as well.
7.Expression and clinicopathological significance of Yes-associated protein in endometrial cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2015;42(11):828-831
Objective To study the expression of Yes-associated protein(YAP) in endometrial cancer and its clinical pathological significance. Methods Immunohistochemieal MaxVisionTM method was used to detect the expression of YAP in 289 cases of endometrial cancer, and its relationship with clinical pathological features and prognosis were analyzed. Results The expression rate of YAP in type Ⅱ endometrial cancer was higher than that in typeⅠendometrial cancer (87.0% vs.55.1%, x2 =16.340, P < 0.001).In typeⅠendometrial cancer, the expression rate of YAP in G1 cases was lower than that in G2-G3 cases (51.6% vs.80.0%, x2 =8.549, P =0.005), not associated with menopausal status (x2 =0.045, P =0.831), FIGO stage (x2 =0.976, P =0.323), lymph vascular space invasion (x2 =0.000, P =1.000), lymph node metastasis (x2 =0.976, P =0.323) and ER status (x2 =3.318, P =0.069).In typeⅡendometrial cancer, the expression of YAP was not significantly associated with menopausal status (x2 =0.305, P =0.581), FIGO stage (x2 =2.395, P =0.122), lymph vascular space invasion (x2 =1.441, P =0.230), lymph node metastasis (x2 =1.351, P =0.245) and ER status (x2 =0.000, P =1.000).Log-rank test analysis showed that YAP high-expression was associated with a significantly worse overall survival in typeⅠ endometrial cancer (x2 =14.023, P < 0.001), but YAP expression was not an independent prognostic factor. Conclusion YAP shows high expression in endometrial cancer. It is associated with histological grade and prognosis of typeⅠ endometrial cancer.
8.Dipeptidyl peptidase-Ⅳ : potential implications beyond blood glucose control
Chinese Journal of Clinical Nutrition 2015;23(4):244-249
Dipeptidyl peptidase-Ⅳ (DPP-Ⅳ/CD26,EC 3.4.14.5),a transmembrane serine polypeptidase,is widely distributed and has diverse effects. As a dipeptidase,DPP-Ⅳ/CD26 could not only regulate the activity of many peptide hormones, neuropeptides, cytokines and growth factors via its peptidase function, but also mediate cell-matrix and cell-cell contact through interactions with other molecules or proteins as a surface antigen.DPP-Ⅳ/CD26 plays a regulatory role in immune activation, inflammation and tumorigenesis. This review covers the structure, distribution, physiological functions and changes in pathological state of Dpp-Ⅳ/CD26.
9.Stomach cancer stem cells:isolation, identification and characteristics
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(32):5188-5192
BACKGROUND:With the in-depth study of cancer stem cels, increasing evidence has shown that cancer stem cels are the reason for cancer metastasis and recurrence, and therefore it is of great significance to isolate and identify cancer stem cels that can elucidate the pathogenesis of cancer and development of anticancer drugs.
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and culture gastric cancer stem cels and then to detect its biological characteristics.
METHODS: Cancer tissues from 16 patients with gastric cancer were cultured using adherent method and enzymic digestion methods to isolate gastric cancer stem cels. The cel morphology was observed under inverted microscope to drawn out growth curves. Osteogenic and adipogenic ability of cels were also detected.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Gastric cancer stem cels were isolated successfuly by both two methods. Under the microscope, the cels were fusiform- or polygon-shaped. At confluence, the cels grew in a vortex or radial manner. The cel growth curve showed that 1-3 days were latent period, 4-9 days were logarithmic growth phase, and over 10 days were growth plateau phase. Flow cytometry results showed that passage 3 gastric cancer stem cels highly expressed CD90, CD29, CD44, but lowly expressed CD34, CD45 and HLA-DR. After osteogenic induction, calcified nodules were clearly visible in the gastric cancer stem cels at passage 3; after adipogenic induction, bright and tiny fat droplets were seen in the cytoplasm. These findings indicate that cancer stem cels exist in the gastric cancer tissues, and have similar morphology, biological property and multipotent differentiation ability to normal cels, which are probably involved in gastric cancer occurrence and development.
10.Effect of Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Potassium Capsules on peripheral blood TPS,sMICA,HIF-1αand Her-2 in advanced cervical cancer
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2016;36(6):82-84
Objective To investigate the effect of Tegafur, Gimeracil and Oteracil Potassium Capsules ( TS-1 ) on peripheral blood tissue polypeptide antigen (TPS), soluble MHC class I chain-related molecules A (sMICA), hypoxia-inducible factor-1 (HIF-1α) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 ( Her-2 ) in the treatment of patients with advanced cervical cancer. Methods 80 cases with advanced cervical cancer were selected and divided into two groups, 40 cases in the control group were treated with routine clinical therapy, 40 cases in the experimental group were treated with TS-1.Tumor markers, TPS,sMICA,HIF-1αand Her-2 were compared before and after the treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of tumor antigen TA-4,carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCCA) in the experimental group were lower (P<0.05); the TPS, HIF-1, sMICA and Her-2 were lower (P<0.05), and the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion TS-1 has a obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. It is speculated that the possible mechanism may reduce the serum tumor marker levels via reducing the TPS and SMICA, HIF-1 alpha, HER-2 levels.
