Objective To study the value of bone marrow MR imaging in mornitoring chronic myeloid leukemia(CML).Methods 12 cases of CML underwent twice MR examination of pelvis and femur respectively at different time.MRI appearances were compared with the results of morphology and blood routine at the same time.The relation between MR findings and course was analysed.Results MR appearances of bone marrow were changed with the progression of disease.The condition of patients was improved in 2 cases and worse in 4 cases,the signal intensity of bone marrrow were increased and decreased respectively.The signal intensity of bone marrow showed no change in 6 patients whose condition kept stable.Conclusion The characteristics of MRI can reflect the progression of CML,it is of important value in mornitoring this disease.

Anidulafungin is an effective antifungal medicine, which can inhibit activities of candida in vitro and in vivo. Echinocandin B (ECB) is the key precursor of Anidulafungin, thus the price and market prospect of Anidulafungin is directly due to the fermentation titer of ECB. In this study, Aspergillus nidulans was used for ECB fermentation, and the influence of adding microparticles on ECB fermentation was studied, such as talcum powder, Al2O3, and glass beads. The particle size and concentration were the key factors for mycelium morphology and ECB production, and ECB production could reach 1 262.9 mg/L and 1 344.1 mg/L by adding talcum powder of 20 g/L (d50 = 14.2 μm) and 7 glass beads (6 mm), an increase by 33.2% and 41.7%, respectively. The results indicated that the mycelium morphology of filamentous microorganisms and the product yield of fermentation could be improved by adding microparticles remarkably, and it provide an important method for the fermentative optimization of filamentous microorganisms.

Objective To explore the association between the infection rate of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and intake frequency of capsicum in dietary pattern. Methods A total of 914 health check-up participants were recruited from Tianjin Medical University General Hospital (male: 510,female:404). All participants were asked about the intake frequency of capsicum. Diagnostic criteria of the Hp infection included positive C13 breath test. Results The intake frequency of capsicum was ≥2 times/week, 1 time/week and <1 time/week. The infection rate of Hp was 56.08%, 49.04% and 48.29%. After adjusting for covariates, compared with the≥2 times/week, the odds ratios(95%confidence interval)of intake frequency of capsicum 1 time/week and <1 time/week: the frequency of capsicum intake ≥2 times/week was 1.00 (reference), the frequency of capsicum intake 1 time/week was 0.57(0.33-0.97) and the frequency of capsicum intake<1 time/week was 0.69(0.42-1.14) in men;the frequency of capsicum intake≥2 times/week was 1.00 (reference), the frequency of capsicum intake 1 time/week was 1.01(0.54-1.88), and the frequency of capsicum intake<1 time/week was 0.71(0.41-1.23) in women. Conclusions This study found that food intake frequency of capsicum≥2 times/week was associated with the infection rate of Hp in men. But similar relationship was not observed in women.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Nutlin-3,a MDM2 antagonist,on the pyroptosis in SMMC-7721 cells.Methods: The expression of actived caspase-1(p20) and IL-1β was detected using Western blot analysis.Pyroptosis was investigated by a standard lactate dehydrogenase release assay(LDH).IL-1β content in the cell culture supernatant was quantified by ELISA.Results: Nutlin-3 up-regulated the expression level of actived caspase-1 and IL-1β in SMMC-7721 cells.Meanwhile,Nutlin-3 increased significantly the content of LDH and IL-1β in the cell culture supernatant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Nutlin-3 activated pro-caspase-1,promoted pyroptosis and IL-1β release in SMMC-7721 cells.

Objective To assess the clinical significance of QT interval dispersion (QTd) in the diagnosis and prognosis of early heart damage in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods All patients received complete ECG,There were 58 patients with SAP (the SAP group) and 189 patients with mild acute pancreatitis (the control group).These patients were analyzed retrospectively and 60 normal people were used as the healthy control group.The QT interval were measured respectively in serial 12-lead electrocardiogram and QTd,QTcd were calculated.Result QTd and QTcd were significantly longer in the SAP group than in the MAP group and in the healthy control group (P＜0.01).QTd,QTcd were not remarkably extended in the MAP group than in the healthy control group (P＞0.05).Conclusions QTd and QTcd have clinical values to diagnose and to predict early heart damage in patients with SAP.They might be useful in evaluating the condition of cardiac function in patients with SAP.

Objeetive To explore the analgesic and hemostatic effect of lidocaine gelatin fiber used after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods 86 patients underwent endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into A and B groups.In A group,20％ lidocaine gelatin fiber and expansion hemostatic sponge was packed into 43 patients' nasalcavity,while in B group,only expansion hemostatic sponge was packed.Nasal bleeding in patients while packed material within 24 hours and when extracted the material were observed.The analgesic effects were evaluated after packing material 1,6,12,and 24 hours after surgery.Results In A group,the amount of bleeding was (16.30 ± 5.19)ml,while the amount was(32.30 ± 12.09) ml in group B.Statistical analysis showed significant difference(t =7.97,P ＜0.05).There were no significant differences in nasal bleeding when extracted the stuffing and in analgesic efficiency 1hour after surgery.But the analgesic efficiency of lidocaine gelatin fiber was 20％,which was better than expansion hemostatic sponge 6 ～24 hours after surgery (t =27.163,29.091,16.241,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine gelatin fiber not only had better hemostasis,but also had better analgesia than expansion hemostatic sponge after endoscopic sinus surgery.

Objective Neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR) is an easy-to-analyze inflammation biomarker but few studies have assessed the relationship between NLR and type 2 diabetes. In order to evaluate how NLR is related to type 2 diabetes, we designed a large scale cross?sectional study in an adult population. Method A cross?sectional study (including 49 861 men and 40 376 women) was conducted on participants recruited from the Health Management Center of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital in Tianjin, China. Measurements of neutrophil and lymphocyte counts, fasting blood glucose and other potential confounding factors were performed. Type 2 diabetes was defined according to the criteria of American Diabetes Association. Adjusted logistic regression models were used to assess relationships between NLR quintiles and type 2 diabetes. Result In the final multivariate models, the odds ratios (95% confidence interval) for T2D across NLR quintiles were 1.00 (Reference), 1.19 (1.05, 1.35), 1.33 (1.17, 1.50), 1.28 (1.13, 1.44) and 1.34 (1.19, 1.51) (P for trend<0.000 1), in men. Similar relationships were also observed in women. Conclusion This study demonstrated that NLR was related to the prevalence of type 2 diabetes in men and women, and suggesting that NLR may be an efficient and accurate prognostic biomarker for type 2 diabetes.

Objective To investigate the changes of QT dispersion and heart rate variability in children with ventricular contraction. Methods 50 healthy children who came for medical examinations at Chengdu Women′s and Children′s Central Hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as control group. 147 children with ventricular contraction admitted in Pediatric Intracardiac Department of Chengdu Women′s and Children′s Central Hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were divided them into Benign Group (LownⅠ&LownⅡ) and Malignant Group(LownⅢ, LownⅣA, LownⅣB&LownⅤ) according to the results of Lown classification. Benign Group contained 90 cases while Malignant Group contained 57 cases. Difference in QT dispersion and indices of heart rate variability of the three groups were compared. Results There were no statistically differences between control group and benign group in QT dispersion (P > 0.05). QT dispersion of malignant group was much longer than that of control group and the differences had statistically meaning(P<0.001). SDNN(standard deviation of NN intervals) , SDANN (standard deviation of the averages of RR intervals ), SDNN index (index of standard deviation of the averages of NN intervals), rMSSD(root mean square of successive differences) and PNN50(percentage of successive normal sinus RR intervals>50 ms) of malignant group was much shorter than that of control group and benign group and the differences had statistically meaning (P< 0.01). SDNN, SDANN and SDNN index of benign group was shorter than that of control group and the differences had statistically meaning (P<0.05). Conclusions Heart rate variability of children with malignant ventricular contraction becomes significantly shorter and QT dispersion becomes significantly longer. Detection of QT dispersion and heart rate variability can effectively predict the risky degree of ventricular contraction in children.

Objective To investigate the relationships between different dietary patterns and serum uric acid in Tianjin residents. Method By cross-sectional study design, 11282 subjects were studied via lifestyle questionnaires (including a valid food frequency questionnaire), physical examination and laboratory tests. Using factor analysis method to establish the dietary patterns, and relationships between different dietary patterns and serum uric acid were analyzed. Results Factor analysis showed 3 kinds of dietary patterns, including eastern dietary pattern, vegetable diets and Tianjin dietary pattern. There were more males in hyperuricemic population, who have a higher BMI, waist circumference, blood lipids, blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and also higher proportion of metabolic syndrome, smokers and alcohol drinkers. In addition, hyperuricemia patients had a higher level of social status and income. After adjustments for age, sex, BMI, smoking habits, alcohol consumption, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, education level, occupational status, energy intake, physical activity and metabolic syndrome, logistic regression analysis showed the odds ratio (95%confidence interval) for hyperuricemia across the quartiles of 3 dietary patterns as follows: 1.00, 1.07 (0.91, 1.25), 0.96 (0.82, 1.14), 1.12 (0.94, 1.33);1.00, 1.03 (0.88, 1.21), 1.04 (0.88, 1.23), 1.00 (0.84, 1.19); 1.00, 1.28 (1.08, 1.52), 1.40 (1.22, 1.71), 1.37 (1.15, 1.63), respectively. Significantly positive correlation was shown between Tianjin dietary pattern and hyperuricemia. Conclusion Tianjin residents' Tianjin dietary pattern is closely related to serum uric acid levels. Tianjin dietary patterns have characteristics of high calorie, high fat, high protein. Healthy eating habits have significant importance to prevent occurrence of hyperuricemia.

Objective To investigate the effect of controlled hypotension with nitroglycerin on intraocular pressure(IOP)during gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods Forty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients,aged 25-55 yr,weighing 55-70 kg,undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery,were randomly divided into 2 groups(n =20 each):control group(group C)and controlled hypotension with nitroglycerin group(group N).Anesthesia was induced with iv injection of midaaolam 0.1 mg/kg,fentanyl 3 μg/kg,vecuronium 0.1 mg/kg and etomidate 0.3 mg/kg and maintained with iv infusion of propofol at 8 mg· kg-1 · h-1 and vecuronium at 0.1 mg· kg 1 · h-1.Additional fentanyl 2 μg/kg was injected intravenously at 3 min before the starting of surgery.The patients was tracheal intuhated and mechanically ventilation.PETCO2 was maintained at 35-40 mm Hg.BIS value was maintained at 50-60.Controlled hypotension was induced by infusion of nitroglycerin at 2-4 μg· kg-1 · min-1 after the starting of surgery.CVP was maintained at 12-14 cm H2 O.Controlled hypotension was stopped at the end of operation.IOP and CVP were recorded before induction(To),at 3 min after tracheal intubation(T1),at 10,30,60,90 and 120 m in of pneumoperitoneum(T2-6)and at 10 min after pneumoperitoneum(T7).Intraocular hypertension(IOP ＞ 21mm Hg)was also recorded.Results Compared with group C,IOP at T3-6 and CVP at T2-6 were significantly decreased,and the incidence of intraocular hypertension was also decreased in group N(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Controlled hypotesion with nitroglycerin can prevent the intraocular hypertension effectively during gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
