1.Thinking about improving the cross-cultural communication capacity of the teaching foreign language on Chinese medicine

The purpose of foreign language teaching in Chinese medicine is not only translation,but also clearly the role and the purposes of translation.Inputing a culture to another culture is not culture exchange,but cultural coagulation.Expressions with modem scientific system allow speculative natural philosophy freed from the ancient Chinese-style paper into the theory expressed by modem scientific language in order to solve the problems of teaching foreign languages of traditional Chinese medicine texts.
2.The Pharmacodynamic Action of Zidian Prescription on ITP

[Qbjective]To observe the effects of Zidian prescription extracted by two kinds of process on ITP mice.[Methods] Using APS to inject into mice to induce the ITP model.Mice were divided into 6 groups: C,M,DC,X,S and G groups.The number of platelet on 7th day and 14th day were measured in mice.Meanwhile the weight on 7th day and 14th day and the degree of subcutaneous bleeding were recorded.[Results]There is no significant difference in weight and the number of platelet in all groups before the experiment.Compared with the C group,the weight is in down trend in M group on 7th day,the weight and the number of platelet were declined in M group on 14th day,the petechia was more clearly in M group.Compared with the M group,the weight is up trend in DC,X,S and G groups on 7th day,the weight and the number of platelet are enhanced in DC,X,S and G groups on 14th day,the petechia was decreased in DC,S and G groups significantly.Compared with the DC group,the number of platelet is decreased in X,S and G groups.Compared with the X group,the number of platelet is increased in S and G groups.[Conclusion] Zidian prescription extracted by two kinds of extraction process has an remedial effect on ITP mouse.There is no significant difference between the two kinds of extraction process.

4.Study of Risk Factors of Nosocomial Infection in Intracerebral Hemorrhage

OBJECTIVE In order to explore and control the risk factors of nosocomial infection in intracerebral hemorrhage.METHODS To study prospectively in 837 hospitalized patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from Jan.1997 to June 1999. RESULTS It was showed 215 cases of the nosocomial infection were found among 837 cases with the intracerebral hemorrhage(25.8%).Among them,nosocomial lower respiratory tract infection was the highest(39.1%),the second one was the urinary tract(27.8%).Nosocomial infection was closely related with such factors as the aging,location and volume of intracerebral hematoma,disturbance of consciousness, smoking,blood sugar,invasive operation,antibiotic prophylaxis,bed-days.Whereas serum cholesterol was a protective factor.CONCLUSIONS Nosocomial infection was still a high frequent complication in intracerebral hemorrhage and it should be paid attention.This is the most important step to control nosocomial infection of intracerebral hemorrhage in the hospital.

7.Construction of a recombinant adenovirus containing MMP-9 signal peptide and PEX domain of human MMP-2 and study of its activity

Objective: To construct a recombinant adenovirus (abbreviated as ET-M9-PEX) containing MMP-9 signal peptide and noncatalytic carboxyl-terminal hemopexin domain of human MMP-2, and to use the constructed adenovirus as a drug bioreactor in vivo to enhance the expression of an anti-angiogenesis factor for treatment of tumor by a gene therapy strategy. Methods: Adenovirus vector containing M9-PEX gene was constructed by PCR and gene recombination, and was packaged and amplified in L293 cells to obtain ET-M9-PEX recombinant adenovirus with infective ability. The expression and secretion of PEX in ET-M9-PEX-infected cells were detected by Western-blotting and immunofluorescent staining. The inhibitory effect of ET-M9-PEX-conditioned medium on EC cells proliferation was detected by growth curve and its inhibitory effects on angiogenesis and tumor growth were determined by chicken chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) assay in vivo. Results:ET-M9-PEX was successfully constructed and the expression and secretion of PEX in ET-M9-PEX-infected cells were verified. The ET-M9-PEX conditioned medium significantly inhibited the proliferating rate of EC cells. The tumor weights from ET-M9-PEX-infected PG cells in CAM and gradeⅠvessel number were reduced by 57.57%(P

9.Research of Solutions to IP Conflict Events in Large-Scale Hospital

10.New characteristics of clinical classification for avascular necrosis of the femoral head in children

BACKGROUND:The etiological factor of pediatric avascular necrosis of the femoral head(Legg-Calv?-Perthe disease) is unclear right now,and the disease typing,treatment and prognosis outcome are also different.Thus a simple,practical and reliable clinical classification is necessary to guide treatment and estimate result.OBJECTIVE:To summarize and analyze the criteria commonly used for Legg-Calv?-Perthe disease in clinical typing as well as their advantage and shortcoming,which provides evidences for the treatment and instruction.RETRIEVAL STRATEGY:A computer-based search of Medline database was undertaken to identify the articles regarding the classification criteria for Perthes disease,published between January 1970 and September 2007,with the key items of "Perthes,classification" in English.After the primary check,the full-texts of the remained articles were looked for.Inclusion criteria:①X-ray,bone scanning and MRI classification criteria for Perthes disease.②the study of the correlation between the classification reliability and the prosthesis.Exclusion criteria:repeated researches.Totally 76 articles about the classification criteria for Perthes disease were retrieved,and 32 of them were in accordance with the inclusion criteria.LITERATURE EVALUATION:Among 32 included articles,24 ones concerned with X-ray examination,4 with bone scanning image,and 4 with MRI image.DATA SYNTHESIS:There were many related researches to the clinical classification of Legg-Calv?-Perthe disease,but uniform conclusion is absent.A reliable and unified clinical classification is beneficial for the orthopaedic physicians to find out the risk factors at early stage,and take therapeutic measures as soon as possible,so as to prevent the malformation of the femoral head.Ideal classification criteria with good reliability and consistency,are closely related to the disease prosthesis,and should be used at early stage.CONCLUSION:X-ray typing is commonly used in the clinical classification for Legg-Calv?-Perthe disease,but it is difficult to apply at early stage.Bone scanning can forecast results,and also induce irradiation.Due to good sensitivity and high resolution,MRI has an earlier effect on detecting necrosis and collapse,and is potential for further development and application,however,it also calls on a long-term clinical follow-ups.
