Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To investigate complications of polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for augmentation mammaplasty and treatment of the complications so as to reduce the suffering of the patients to the lowest degree. Methods The clinical signs of 8 cases who had complications after polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for augmentation mammaplasty were studied. Results The complications of 8 cases included bleeding, hard nodule, aseptic inflammation and difficulty to clean the filling material completely from the normal tissue of human body. Conclusions The complications mainly result from improper procedure during the operation. Cautious attitude should be taken in the clinical application of this material and it should not be abused. Furthermore, the standard and appropriate method and technique for the operation should be employed.
2.Clinical report of diagnosis and therapy of hilar cholangiocarcinoma
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2015;21(4):281-283
Hilar cholangiocarcinoma is a malignant disease in the main left or right hepatic ducts, ductus hepaticus communis or their confluence. The treatment for hilar cholangiocarcinoma remains a challenge because of the aggressive nature of the disease and the absence of effective treatments besides surgical resection.Hilar cholangiocarcinoma is diagnosed by its clinical manifestations, tumor markers and results of imaging studies.Problems as the necessity of preoperative hepatic bile drainage and decision making of proper treatment remain controversial. Here,we will review the current advances in the management of hilar cholangiocarcinoma,so as to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for clinical treatment.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
The construction of the model curricula is the important branch of teaching quality engineering. The key to the development of the model curricula lies in the reform of the teaching model. As required to the national standards of the model curricula and to the purpose of innovative educational philosophy, with the years of continuous exploration and practice, the clinical immunology examination curriculum has kept developing from the teaching staff, teaching condition, content of course, teaching method and means etc.,which has brought about satisfactory teaching effects. Thus it is forming the model curricula with special features.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(03):-
ObjectiveTo investigate the protection of extract form earthworm a traditional Chinese medicine in auricle microcirculation disturbance in mice. MethodThe microcirculation disturbance in mice was brought by rapid injection of high molecule dextran. Observe the microvascular diameter, the blood flow speed, the blood fluid state and crossing net patency quantity of micrangium in mice before injection and after injection 10min,20min,30min with WX-9 microcirculation microscope and analytical system. ResultHigh and low dose of extract form earthworm could expend the diameter of the vein and artery of micrangium, quicken the blood flow speed, improve the blood fluid state, increase micrangium crossing net patefaction numbers. To compare with the control group, threr’s significant difference (P

brain and fatty. The accumulation excretion ratios within 96 h were 70.16% in urine and only 1.35% in feces after iv administration in rats, while within 24 h was 3.46% in bile. Conclusion The results of pharmacokinetics of novel r-hirudin in rats given by iv determined by RA are different from those determined by TCA-RA, but the trends indicated by the two methods are the same; urine excretion is the major excretion pathway.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(03):-
Objective: To evaluate the sleeping status of Chinese Peace-Keeping Force in Liberia, and to ensure soldiers' somatic and mental health. Methods: Written questionnaires about the sleeping status were collected twice from Chinese military staff at two independent intervals. Results:The sleeping status of the soldiers was worse in Liberia than at home, but it became better at later stage when soldiers adapted to the environment and the job, when the weather became less hot,and appropriate medical treatment was used. Conclusion: Improving occupancy condition, adjusting night duty to ensure adequate sleeping time for the night duty soldiers, strengthening the sleeping hygiene education and proper medical treatment were important for the severe insomnia soldiers.

Objective To establish an AGS cell line that stably expressing miR?126 and to study the effect of miR?126 on the proliferation and metastatic abilities of the AGS cell line in vitro. Methods AGS cells were infected by lentivirus with Lv?has?mir?126. After confirmation by RT?PCR ,CCK?8 and clone formation assays were used to evaluate the effect of miR?126 on AGS cell growth. Transwell migration and invasion assays were used to evaluate the effect of miR?126 on metastasis of AGS cells. Results We verified correct construction of recombinant AGS cells. RT?PCR confirmed mRNA levels of miR?126 existed significantly differences among the recombinant cell lines (P< 0.05). Proliferation assays and clone formation assays did not show a remarkable growth suppression in AGS?mir?126 cell line. However, transwell assay showed a notable acceleration in AGS?mir?126(P< 0.05). Conclusions We successfully constructed recombinant AGS cell line with stably high miR?126 expression level. MiR?126 could facilitate the metastasis of AGS cell in vitro.

BACKGROUND:Three-dimensional (3D) motion analysis system combined with electromyograph cannot only objectively analyze movement function of the upper limb, but also exert an important role in exploring the exercise-related factors and the underlying mechanism.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the influence of movement velocity and target location on kinematics and muscle activity in upper limb reaching.
METHODS:Twelve healthy young adults reached for three different location targets (frontal, ipsilateral and contralateral) at self-selected and fast speeds to with the dominant right hand, respectively. Kinematic parameters and muscle activity were recorded by Vicon 3D motion analysis system and Noraxon wireless electromyograph, synchronously.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Reach path ratio became smal er when moving faster (P<0.001), while mean velocity, peak velocity and the time percentage of peak velocity increased (P<0.001). Posterior deltoid, biceps brachi and triceps brachi activation was higher during fast speed movement (P<0.001). Muscle activation of anterior deltoid was lower in ipsitralateral reaching than contralateral (P=0.001) and frontal reaching (P<0.001), and posterior deltoid was higher than contralateral reaching (P=0.019). Biceps brachi (P=0.039) and triceps brachi (P<0.001) activation was also higher in ipsitralateral reaching than frontal reaching. These results suggest that moving fast can contribute to more muscle activation, high velocity, smooth trajectory and increased movement quality. Posterior deltoid, elbow extension and flexion muscle activation are high in ipsitralateral reaching, while high anterior deltoid activation in contralateral reaching;therefore, target location result in muscle synergies.
