1.Effect of anisodamine on magnesium content of liver mitochondria during hemorrhagic shock
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
In order to explore the cellular mechanism of antishock effect of anisodamine (654-2), the changes of intramitochondrial magnesium during late hemorrhagic shock were observed. Results showed that there exists a negative correlation between the blood plasma magnesium concentration and arterial blood pressure in shocked animals and at the same time the magneium content of liver mitochondria reduced significantly; 654-2 prevented the decrease of mitochondria magnesium and the increase of blood plasma magnesium, and improved the prognosis of the shocked animals. These results indicate that 654-2 may protect the liver mitochondria of shocked animals at a cellular and subcellular levels.

6.Differentiation of Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma:Evaluation with CT Spectral Imaging
Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging 2014;(9):681-685
Purpose CT spectroscopy imaging was used in the preoperative differentiation evaluation of renal clear cell carcinoma, to access its malignant degree preoperatively, and to guide the operation treatment. Materials and Methods The spectral characteristics of 40 patients with renal clear cell carcinoma (RCCC) were analyzed retrospectively, all the RCCC patients underwent gemstone spectral imaging (GSI) scans, to obtain spectral serial images for the arterial phase and medulla phase. Spectral characteristic parameters and spectrum curve between different grades of renal cell carcinoma was compared, and the results were compared with pathology. Results Among the 40 cases of patients, carcinoma of grade I, II and III were 13 cases, 15 cases and 12 cases respectively. CT value ratio of renal clear cell carcinoma of grade I, II and III under 70 keV were 1.17±0.25, 0.84±0.85 and 0.64±0.19 (F=23.697, P<0.05) in arterial phase and 0.83±0.12, 0.64±0.07 and 0.54±0.08 (F=30.975, P<0.05) in medulla phase;iodine concentration ratio was 1.19±0.40, 0.60±0.10 and 0.25±0.94 (F=32.932, P<0.05) in arterial phase, and 0.69±0.18, 0.43±0.94 and 0.26±0.51 (F=28.673, P<0.05) in medulla phase. Spectrum curve slope of renal clear cell carcinoma of grade I, II, III in arterial phase was 4.00±1.24, 2.16±0.95 and 0.92±0.64 (F=23.392, P<0.05), and 3.54±1.20, 2.70±0.71 and 1.20±0.44 (F=24.272, P<0.05) in medulla phase. Differences of water concentration in arterial and medulla phase between renal clear cell carcinoma with different grade were not statistically signiifcant (P>0.05). Conclusion The differences of CT value, energy spectrum curve slope, iodine value under CT spectroscopy single energy imaging between renal clear cell carcinoma with different nuclear grade were statistically signiifcant, which can be expected to provide the basis for preoperative therapy selection.

Some azo/benzidine dyes, anthraquinone dyes and triarylmethane dyes have carcinogenicity, some azo/benzidine dyes and anthraquinone dyes may cause skin irritation, some noncarcinogenic triarylmethane dyes have risk of serious damage to eyes and may exert long term adverse effects on the aquatic environment.
9.Influence of Total Stapedectomy and Suction Noise on Cochlear Function and Ultrastructures in Guinea Pigs
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 1998;0(02):-
In this study, the influence of the duration of opening vestibular window and the application of suction in auditory bulla on cochlear function and ultrastructures were observed by ECochG and scanning and transmission election microscopy in 44 guinea pigs divided into six groups. The results were as follows: (1) The CAP thresholds progressively enhanced as the prolongation of duration in some of outer hair cells in the basal turn occured 180 minutes after total stapedectomy. (2)Significant CAP threshold shift and irreversible pathological changes in some outer hair cells in the basal turn of cochlea were found with continuous suction for 60 minutes in auditory bulla after total stapedectomy. (3)CAP threshold shift without damage of outer hair cells could be fourd with the application of suction for 60 mimutes in auditory bulla before stapedectomy. The results suggested that opening vestibular window for longer time with suction in auditory bulla might be one of the factors to cause postoperative sensorineural hearing loss in total stapedectomy. But the suction noise might not be enough to cause postoperative sensorineural hearing loss in tympanoplasty due to its relatively low intensity.
