Objective To identify the factors that may influence the risk of relapse.Methods 122 patients were included in the study,and 12 clinicopathologic factors related to the relapse of ulcerative colitis were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Cox regression proportional hazards mode.Results Multivariate analysis showed the exatrointestinal manifestations,Induced factors,irregular therapy and the compliance of patients were independent prognostic factors for the relapse of ulcerative colitis.Conclusion The patients with UC should be treated regularly and avoid inducing factors.When patients have exatrointestinal manifestations,they should be monitored closely to prevent relapse.

Objective To analyze the death situation of workers in Anshan iron and steel group corporation, find the main death causes of them and provide scientific evidence for developing strategies for disease control and prevention and health education. Methods The data, came from the annual registration of dead workers of the Group, death registrations of insurance company and death database of Anshan city from 2001 to 2003, were collected and classified with ICD-9. Results Workers over 50 years old accounted for 37.42%, and retired workers over 60 years old nearly 50 000 people. The top five death caused were cerebral-vascular disease (CVD), malignant tumor, coronary heart disease (CHD), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), injury and poisoning. The mortality rate were 174.91 / 105, 110.56 / 105, 83.28 / 105, 33.27 / 105, and 29.30 / 105, respectively. The sequence of death cause in male workers was in accordance with that in overall population, and the first and second death cause in female workers was malignant tumor and CVD, others were in accordance with those in overall population. Conclusion Chronic diseases are the main diseases impacting the health and life of the workers.

Objective To observe the efficacy of Shuilongjian in treating cerebellar infarction, and compare with the pure western medicine. Methods 67 inpatients with cerebellar infarction enrolled were divided into two groups according to the method of random digits table, 36 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group. The control group was given 500 mL dextran by venoclysis, once a day. The treatment group was given Shuilongjian as an additional drug. The therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the nerve function and the total capability in dealing with daily activities. Objective: To explore the relationship between parental rearing behavior and personality disorder. Method: Descriptive study was carried out in one key-university in Beijing. Two thousand two hundred and five freshmen were investigated with Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire-Revised (PDQ-R) and EMBU scale. Fifty-five personality disorder cases were diagnosed by International Personality Disorder Examination (IPDE). Results: The scores of emotional warmth, over-protection, and favoring subject of the maternal were higher than those of the paternal. Parental scores of EMBU factors were highly correlative. The scores of rejection, overprotection, favoring subject in personality disorder cases were significantly higher than those in control group, while the score of emotional warmth was significantly lower. Conclusion: Inappropriate parental rearing behavior is a risk factor of personality disorder.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum TPSA, the ratio of free PSA(FPSA)and TPSA(F/T) and PSAD in prostate cancer(PCa).Methods The serum TPSA and PSAD levels and the ratio of F/T of 467 patients with BPH,116 patients with PCa and 50 healthy men as normal control were determined, analyzed and compared. Results Serum TPSA of PCa (53.26±33.10) were significantly higher than that of BPH (8.12±9.70) (P ＜0.01), and normal control (1.51 ±1.17) (P ＜0.01); Serum PSAD of PCa[(1.59±1.46) ng·ml-1·cm-3] were significantly higher than that of BPH [(0.14±0.17) ng·ml-1·cm-3] (P ＜0.01),and normal control [(0.08±0.07) ng·ml-1·cm-3] (P ＜0.01); F/T of PCa (0.22±0.16) was significantly lower than that of BPH (0.27±0.15) and normal control (0.36±0.14) (P ＜0.01). When TPSA was limited specificity at 4 ～10 ng/ml, F/T of PCa (0.18±0.13) were significantly lower than that of BPH (0.27±0.14), (P ＜0.05), PSAD of Pca [(0.21 ±0.07) ng· ml -1· cm -3] were significantly higher than that of BPH [(0.11 ±0.06) ng· ml-1· cm-3], (P ＜0.001). When F/T was 0.16, PSAD used 0.15 as the critical value, the sensitivity, specificity of diagnostic value and positive prediction value were 81.6 ％, 78.2 ％, 96.1％ and 53.8 ％, 76.9 ％, 97.9 ％, respectively;And the diagnostic efficiency was the highest. ConclusionF/T and PSAD have valuable role as the diagnose marker of PCa. When PSA level between 4 ng/ml and 10 ng/ml, F/T ratio and PSAD are of significant value to differentiate PCa from BPH patients.
