1.Investigation in psychological state and it's correlation factors of family members of dderly cancerpatients
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(24):63-64
Objective To investigate the psychological state and its correlation factors of family members of elderly cancer patients. Methods A total of 76 family members of elderly cancer patients were investigated with questionnaires with Zung's self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS). Their psychological state and its correlation factors were analyzed. Results Incidence rate of anxiety of elderly cancer patients' family members was 52.63%, and incidence rate of depression was 46.05%. The mean standard score of SAS and SDS of elderly cancer patients' family members were both significantly higher than domestic norm. Difference of family member's gender, ways to pay health care fee, pain degree and disease condition led to different SAS and SDS score. Conclusions Family members of elderly cancer patients possessed different degree of psychological obstacle which related with multiple factors. Medical staff should not only think highly of patients' psychological state, but also their family members'. And meanwhile they should take corresponding strategy to reduce the incidence rate of anxiety and depression state in those family members.
2.The Effects of Diazepam on Vestibular Compensation Following Unilateral Labyrinth injury
Chinese Journal of Trauma 1990;0(03):-
This report presents two cases of unilateral acute labyrinth loss resulted from injury, each showing delay in compensation possibly due to long-term administration of diazepam. The recent literature of the effects of the drugs onyestibular compensation is reviewed. The vestibular"suppressants"property of diazepam delays compensation when used on a long-term basis. However,it might be useful in controlling vege- tative symptoms and thereby possibly facilitate compensation when used on a short- tern basis.
3.Effects of psychological intervention on mental state and satisfaction of cosmetic plastic surgery
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2011;20(12):1115-1117
Objective To investigate the role of psychological intervention on cosmetic plastic surgery. Methods 600 cosmetic plastic surgery were collected from cosmetic plastic surgery of Jinan Military General Hospital, then randomly divided into control group(n=300) and study group (n=300) according to odd and even on the first visit.Conventional treatmentand care were applied to control group before, during and after operation. For study group,in addition to giving a general treatment and care, preoperative consultation talks were given to understand the beauty of the psychological characteristics, and motivations and expectations were given to adjust;music and psychological support were presented intraoperative; rehabilitation guidance were given after operation.Symptom checklist 90( SCL-90),general psychological problems of body image self-rating scale and postoperative satisfaction scale were used to assess the the mental state, body image question and satisfaction of plastic surgery. Results Before intervention, the scores of SCL-90 and the general body image self-rating scale were ( 187.5 ±52.61 ),(12.1 ± 2.2) in study group and (179.87 ± 53.33 ),(12.9 ± 2.0) in control group, there was no significant differences(P>0.05).After intervention, the scores of SCL-90 and the general body image self-rating scale ( 159.6 ± 31.3 ),(5.6 ± 0.5 ) in study group were lower than those in control group ( 167.4 ± 38.2 ),( 6.2 ±1.1 )(P < 0.01 ).Before and after treatment,50% reduced rate of 26%,25% reduced rate of 41.6%,body-negative rate of 97.1%,overall satisfaction rate of 89% of surgery in study group were higher than 14%,27.6%,84.3% and 53.67% in the control group, the differences were significant (P<0.01 ).Conclusion Psychological interventions can improve the psychological state, body image disturbance and operative satisfaction in cosmetic plastic surgery.Psychological interventions should pay more attention to irrmprove the efficacy of cosmetic plastic surgery.

6.Fatty acid-binding proteins and the early diagnosis of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2010;18(2):128-131
Currently, the commonly used diagnostic markers have the shortcomings of lower sensitivity or specificity in the early diagnosis of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. Therefore, it needs to use the novel specific biochemical markers for the early diagnosis arid treatment, so as to decrease the high mortality and disability caused by cardio-cerebrovascular events. Fatty acid-binding proteins (FABPs) are a family of low-molecular-weight intracellular lipid-binding proteins. They are divided into 9 different subtypes, including the liver-, intestinal-, heart-, brain-, adipocyte-, skin-, ileal-, myelin-, and testis-subtype. Their primary function is to transport long-chain fatty acids into the cells, and thus regulate intracellular lipid metabolism. The structures of all FABP subtypes are similar, inclusive of two α2 helices arid one β2 fold structure. Among them, the sensitivities and specificities of the heart- and brain-subtype FABPs are higher in the early diagnosis of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. It is promising to become the novel markers in the early diagnosis of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases.
7.Application of insulation blanket in the esophageal cancer radical surgery
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(34):36-37
Objective To discuss the application of insulation blanket in the esophageal cancer radical surgery. Methods 40 cases of esophageal carcinoma patients were divided into two groups at random,20 cases involved in the control group (non-use of insulation blankets) and 20 cases in the experimental group (use of thermal insulation blanket). The changes in body temperature of all patients were monitored with nasopharyngeal temperature probe and analyzed in statistics. Results Compared to the control group, the body temperatures of the experimental group were higher.By heating with insulation blanket, the body temperatures were increased obviously in 30 minutes after entering the operation room, but no significant difference appeared at different time points after 30 minutes. Conclusions In radical surgery of esophageal cancer, the use of blanket insulation is an effective way to maintain a constant body temperature of patients and reduce post-operative complications, and promote early recovery of patients.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(8):976-978
Objective] To observe the clinical effects of Tianwang Buxin decoction in the treatment of heart Yin deficiency type of Generalized Anxiety Disorder. [Methods] 63 patients with Generalized Anxiety Disorder(heart Yin deficiency type) were randomly divided into three groups: Tianwang Buxin decoction group, paroxetine group, Tianwang Buxin decoction combined paroxetine group, course of treatment for 8weeks.Contrast the scores of three groups by HAMA before and after treatment. [Results] The clinical efficacy was almost the same among the three groups without significant difference, but the decrease of HAMA scores of Tianwang Buxin decoction combined paroxetine group was obviously lower than Tianwang Buxin decoction group and paroxetine group(P<0.05), among which, TCM group and combination group of TCM and WM had less side effect than WM group. [Conclusion]The clinical efficacy of Tianwang Buxin decoction group is almost the same with the paroxetine group without significant difference. The clinical efficacy of Tianwang Buxin decoction combined paroxetine group is more significant.
9.Correlation among concentrations of high sensitive C reactive protein, uric acid, brain natriuretic peptide and coronary heart disease
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2017;26(2):142-145
Objective: To explore correlation among concentrations of high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP), uric acid (UA), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods: A total of 120 CHD patients treated in our department were enrolled as CHD group, and they were divided into single vessel coronary disease group (single-vessel group, n=51) and multi-vessel coronary disease group (multi-vessel group, n=69).Meanwhile, another 40 healthy subjects were randomly selected from our physical examination center as healthy control group.Serum concentrations of hsCRP, BNP and UA were measured in all groups, and compared with pairwise comparisons. Results: Compared with healthy control group, there were significant rise in serum concentrations of hsCRP[(3.95±2.24) mg/L vs.(19.78±5.15) mg/L], BNP[(70.57±19.47) pg/ml vs.(196.17±54.84) pg/ml], UA[(184.51±79.47) μmol/L vs.(407.17±96.84) μmol/L]in CHD group, and those of multi-vessel group were significantly higher than those of single-vessel group, P<0.05 or <0.01;Spearman rank correlation analysis indicated that serum UA concentration was significant positively correlated with hsCRP and BNP concentrations (r=0.551, 0.398, P<0.05 both), Gensini score was significant positively correlated with serum concentrations of hsCRP, BNP, UA (r=0.478, 0.552, 0.741, P<0.05 all), Sullivan score was significant positively correlated with serum concentrations of hsCRP, BNP, UA (r=0.503, 0.674, 0.892, P<0.05 or <0.01) in CHD patients. Conclusion: Serum concentrations of hsCRP, BNP, UA are closely related to occurrence and development of CHD.These three indexes can be used as screening indexes for CHD, and the effect of combined detection may be better.
10.Preparation and purification of polyclonal antibodies against human Fc?/?R and the polymeric immunoglobulin receptor
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(01):-
Objective:To generate rabbit anti-human Fc?/?R and Poly Immunoglobulin Receptor(pIgR) polyclonal antibodies. Methods:The EC12 domain of human Fc?/?R and the D1 domain of pIgR were expressed as including bodies in Escherichia coli. The purified proteins were used to immunize rabbits to generate polyclonal antibodies. The immune sera were characterized by ELISA and Western blot analysis, then absorbed with cross-action and purified by antigen linked beads. Results:The titers of antiserum were 1∶6 4000 and 1∶25 6000,separately.There was little cross-reaction between the two immune sera. Conclusion:The polyclonal antibodies against human Fc?/?R and pIgR without cross-reaction were successfully generated and could be useful tools to study the relationship between the two receptors.
