Benign tumour of larynx is a commonly encountered disease in laryngology,such as papilloma of larynx,leukoplakia of larynx,and granuloma of vocal fold.The main treatment in western medicine is operation,but the recurrence rate is high.Professor LI Shu-liang considers that the reason of forming something like benign tumour of larynx is qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegmatic uid.He gets signi cant curative e ect by using Chinese herbal decoction,according to the rules of bene ting qi,activating blood,resolving stasis,clearing heat,dispelling phlegm and dissipating static blood.He uses treatment based on di erent syndromes,and treats diseases from both manifestation and root cause.The article is the summary of Professor LI Shu-liang's experience in treating benign tumour of larynx.

Most lung cancer was diagnosed in advanced stage, while patients lost their chances for surgery. Identifying serum biomarkers might be an optimal strategy for early detection of lung cancer. Among these molecules, tumor autoantibody signature shows great potential in discriminating lung cancer and noncancer population. This review basically discuses autoantibody signatures in lung cancer and the techniques which were applied in these researches.

Membranous nephropathy (MN) is a major cause of nephrotic syndrome in adults,and the inappropriate treatment may progress to end-stage renal disease.We know that membranous nephropathy can be divided into idiopathic membranous nephropathy (IMN) and secondary membranous nephropathy (SMN).The etiology of approximately 75％ of MN cases is idiopathic.In clinical work,we should distinguish IMN from SMN,which is the important premise for the diagnosis and treatment of MN.The definite pathogenesis of IMN remains unknown.However,some researchers have focused on the formation of immune complexes in the pathogenesis of MN in recent years.

BACKGROUND:It is very important to early diagnosis of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after total hip replacement, which also has very important meaning for the timely treatment and judging the curative effect. OBJECTIVE:To study the blood changes of the patients complicated with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after hip joint replacement, so as to provide the reference for the early prediction and intervention. METHODS: Among 60 cases of hip joint replacement patients who received the treatment from January 2009 to September 2014, there were 32 cases of postoperative patients complicated with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (lower extremity deep vein thrombosis group), 28 cases without concurrent lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (non-lower extremity deep vein thrombosis group). The change of the blood rheology index of patients was detected at the 1st, 3rd, 5th days after hip joint replacement. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The detection results showed that the various coagulation markers in the lower extremity deep vein thrombosis group after the replacement were abnormaly higher than those in the non-lower extremity deep vein thrombosis group, which showed that the hypercoagulability attitudes of patients after hip joint replacement closely related to the occurrence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, however, the D- dimer and fibrinogen levels of patients at the 3rd and 5th days after hip joint replacement in lower extremity deep vein thrombosis group were significantly higher than non-lower extremity deep vein thrombosis group, which showed that the increase of D- dimer and fibrinogen levels was positively correlated with the occurrence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after hip joint replacement. These results suggest that patients should undergo dynamic blood monitoring after hip joint replacement. If the test results were continuously increased, we should doubt whether the occurrence of thrombosis, and then take preventive measures as early as possible.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a type of non-coding RNAs composed of 20-25 nucleotides. By binding the untranslated regions of target mRNAs, they play a key role in gene regulation at different stages of cell differentiation and development. miRNAs participate in almost all biological processes and are closely associated with many diseases including ischemic stroke. This article reviews the role of miRNAs in the pathophysiology of ischemic stroke.
