1.Diagnosis and treatment of bone disease of multiple myeloma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2010;19(7):443-446
Up to 90 % of multiple myeloma patients can develop to osteolytic lesions. Although the conventional X radiography can only demonstrate the lytic bone disease when 30 % of the trabecular bone loss, it still remains the gold standard of the staging procedure of newly diagnosed myeloma patients. CT scans are more sensitive than X radiography for detecting small lytic lesions. MRI or CT is the choice of diagnosis to assess suspected cord compression. Technicium-99m bone scan in patients with myeloma usually underestimate the extent of bone damage. Treatments of myeloma bone disease include bisphosphonate therapy, novel targeted agents, surgical intervention and radiation therapy.

China Pharmacist 2015;(2):343-345
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of two components in aspirin and phenobarbital pow-ders.Methods:AThermoBDSC18column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)wasusedwithacetonitrile-methanol-0.01mol·L-1KH2PO4so-lution -triethylamine(10∶35∶55∶0.1)(adjusting pH to 3.5 with phosphoric acid )as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml· min-1 and the detection wavelength was 242nm. The column temperature was ambient and the injection volume was 20 μl. Results:There was a good linear relationship when the content of aspirin and phenobarbital was within the range of 0. 402 0 ~1. 608 0 mg· ml-1(r=0.999 7) and 0.061 2 ~0.244 8 mg·ml-1(r =0.999 6), respectively. The average recovery was 99.21%(RSD =0. 49%,n=9) and 99. 63% (RSD=0. 39%,n=9), respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate with good repro-ducibility, and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
4.Simultaneous Determination of Imperatorin, Isoimperatorin and Magnolin in Quchuan Capsules by HPLC
China Pharmacist 2015;18(10):1832-1834
Objective:To develop a method to simultaneously determine the content of imperatorin, isoimperatorin and magnolin in Quchuan capsules by HPLC. Methods:A Shiseido CAPCELL PAK C18 column(150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile(A)-water(B) with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1 and the column temperature was at 30℃. The detection wavelength was set at 278 nm from 0 to 25 min and 248 nm from 25 to 70 min. The injection volume was 10 μl. Results:The linear range of imperatorin, isoimperatorin and magnolin was 6. 126-55. 134 μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 7), 9. 862-88. 758 μg ·ml-1(r =0.999 8) and 4.830-43.470 μg·ml-1(r =0.999 8), respectively. The average recovery was 101.5% (RSD =1. 4%), 99. 6%(RSD=1. 2%) and 100. 2% (RSD=1. 7%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is convenient, sensitive and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Quchuan capsules.
5.The Application of CBCL,YSR and TRF for 12-18 Years of Age Students in Beijing
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(09):-
Objective:This study explores Achenbach's three famous checklists regarding to children's behavior problems:CBCL,YSR,TRF.The checklists are translated into Chinese and tested for their relativity and applicability.Methods:1410 adolescents selected from 6 middle schools in Beijing are investigated with CBCL,YSR and TRF.Results:The Cronbach ? among the items of the three checklists and the total score are 0.96,0.95,and 0.99 respectively, the split-half reliability are 0.93,0.89,and 0.97 respectively, which demonstrates an obvious homogeneity within the three checklists.Scores in YSR are generally higher than those of the other two checklists, scores in CBCL follow immediately, and scores in TRF are the lowest(except for a minority of individual factors). The scores in CBCL and YSR are significant correlated(r=0.35~0.60,P
6.Effect of sonodynamic therapy with hematoporphrin on the expression of VEGF in chick chorioallantoic membrane
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To investigate the effect of sonodynamic therapy with hematoporphrin on the expression of VEGF in Chick Chorioallantoic Membrane and provide experimental basis for appling sonodynamic therapy(SDT)on anti-angiogenesis in tumor therapy. Methods:The hatching eggs cultured for 7 days were randomly divided into 4 groups:blank control group, ultrasound group, hematoporphrin group, sonodynamic therapy group. The express of VEGF in CAM was detected by immunity histochemistry.Result:There were significant differences between control group and ultrasound group(P0.05),conclusion The results show that sonodynamic therapy with hematoporphrin has a significant inhibitionary effect on the express of VEGF in CAM and this maybe is the most important mechanism of its anti-angiogenesis effect.
7.Depression in hemodialysis patients and its impact factors
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(10):1414-1415,1418
Objective To investigate the prevalence of depression in hemodialysis patients with end‐stage renal disease(ESRD) , and evaluate its related factors .Methods One hundred and twenty four ESRD patients undergoing hemodialysis were assessed by using Beck depression inventory (BDI) .Baseline characteristics and laboratory test items were compared between depression group and non‐depression group .Results The prevalence of depression detected by BDI was 56 .5% in hemodialysis patients with ESRD . Gender and occupational status were statistically different between depression and non‐depression groups(P<0 .05) .Higher preva‐lence was found among female and non‐working patients .However ,there was no difference on age ,hemodialysis time ,education , marriage and incoming(P>0 .05) between the two groups .In laboratory test ,the white blood cell and urine acid levels in depression group were significant higher than that in the non‐depression group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Depression is prevalent in ESRD pa‐tients undergoing hemodialysis ,especially in female and non‐working patients and always combined with higher white blood cells and urine acid levels .

Practical Oncology Journal 2013;(6):539-542
Objective To observe the effects of chemotherapy on the peripheral blood lymphocyte sub-cluster in patients with ovarian cancer .Methods Sixty-two patients with ovarian cancer who accepted chemo-therapy from Jan 2007 to Mar 2013 in our hospital were collected .Sixty healthy women in our hospital were used as control. The expressions of CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD25 in peripheral blood lymphocyte of ovarian cancer patients before, one week and one month after chemotherapy and healthy women were detected and analyzed .Results The ratio of CD3 +and CD4 +T cells and CD4 +/CD8 +in patients with ovarian cancer were significantly lower than those in healthy .Whereas the ratio of CD4 +CD25 +T cells in patients with ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in healthy women .No significant differences were observed in ovarian cancer patients with differ-ent clinical stage .There were no significant changes that observed one week after chemotherapy in patients with o -varian cancer .These indexes improved notably one month after chemotherapy .These indexes in effective group one month after chemotherapy were significantly better than those in inefficient group .Conclusion The ratio of pe-ripheral blood lymphocyte sub -cluster in patients with ovarian cancer was imbalance .Dynamic monitoring the changes could guide the therapy and judge the curative effect and prognosis .
