Objective To retrospect and probe the clinical applied value and the results of iliac bone with the deep circumflex iliac vessel transplantation for the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods With a composite procedure including synovectomy, fenestration, curettage and vascularized iliac bone graft with pedicle of the ipsilateral deep circumflex iliac vessels. Results Follow-up period average 2 years 8 months(range:for 6 month-5 years) and all patients were roentgenographied.According to new grading treatment system four items and six grades for avascular necrosis of femoral head was evaluated.Excellent and good rate was 84 4%.Post-operative radiological assessment demonstrated that there was no incidence of deterioration or further collapse of the femoral head and certain extent of re-sphering and re-surfacing of the head was observed in all of the collapsed heads. Conclusions The results of this study suggest that the technique is suitable for the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head of the stage Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅲ and younger patients of late stage.

Objective: To report a newly designed method for treating supracondylar fracture of the humerus, and to inquire into the problems of cubitus varus deformity and joint stiff. Methods:Based on a review of anatomy,a new method which called tension band with sphenoid-shaped osteotomy through posterior approach was designed and applied for 46 cases of patients in clinic. The clinical effect was compared with effect of crossing Kirchner's wire. Results:The tension band with sphenoid-shaped osteotomy was a better method and can abide by anatomical and biomechanical principles. After follow-up for 12-36 months, curative effect was estimated as follow:30 cases were excellent,14 cases good and 2 cases poor according to Home's evaluation. Conclusions:It is a better methods in treating supracondylar fracture of the humerus following advantages including simple, reliable fixation and early mobilization etc.

Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2016;29(3):192-195,205
Objective To investigate the projects funded by ministry of national science and technology (NSTP) in China allocated to oral medicine from 2003 to 2013.Methods The data regarding the NSTP allocated to oral medicine research from 2003 to 2013 were collected, including funding years, the expenses and numbers of programs, the secondary discipline of oral medicine and the program units, etc.Multidimensional analyses were provided subsequently. Results From 2003 to 2013,a total number of 59 projects and 210 million CNY supported by NSTP were allocated to oral medicineresearch. The development trend showed increased year by year. The oral medicine researches were allocated by almost all major types of NSTP and the funding directions were tending to diversified development. But,the projects units were relatively concentrated in clinical, teaching and research institutions, only few enterprises. Conclusions Over the past 10 years, the sustainable improvement of NSTP in oral medicine research has led to the development of oral medicine discipline.NSTP has becoming an important way for oral medicine research to obtain State-level funding.

Chinese Health Economics 2014;(3):74-75
Objective: To explore the imported medicine price’s pass-through effect on domestic western medicine’s price. Methods: Based on the time-series data from January 2003 to March 2013, the empirical research studied the effect of imported medicine’s price and other variables on domestic western medicine price. Results: The imported medicine’ price has short significant effect on domestic medicine. Conclusion: To reduce the effect of imported medicine price’s fluctuation, the government should intervene the medicine price moderately; the drug company and the hospital should pay attention to the efficacy and the promotion of the domestic western medicine.

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate the genotoxicity of europium nitrate to the Vicia faba L root-tip cells. Methods The primary roots of Vicia faba L were cultured for 6 hours in the solution of Eu series(64,32,16,8,4,2,1 ?g/ml) at 25℃.And then the roots were repair-cultured in double distilled water for 24 h. The root tips of Vicia faba L were dissected and fixed, stained and the micronucleus rate, mitotic index and the rate of chromosomal aberrations were determined. Results From 1 ?g/ml to 32 ?g/ml,the rate of micronucleus increased with the increasing of the europium nitrate dosage(D),presented a dosage-effect relationship(r=0.949). From 2 ?g/ml to 64 ?g/ml,mitotic index decreased with the increasing of the europium nitrate dosage, presented a dosage-effect relationship(r=-0.852). From 1 ?g/ml to 64 ?g/ml,chromosome fragments(CF) and frequency of chromosomal aberrations(FCA) increased with the increasing of the europium nitrate dosage with a dosage-effect relationship significantly(rD-CF=0.915,rD-FCA=0.872). Conclusion Europium nitrate has the certain genetic toxicity to the Vicia faba L root-tip cells. The chromosome fragments may be one of the reasons to produce micronucleus.

Microbiology 1992;0(01):-
Spreaded and immobilized the bacterial cells entraped in PVA on pieces of cotton cloth as porous carrier. The conditions for preparing immobilized cells were as below: cell concentration, 20 mg wet weight/ml; PVA concentration, 5%; spreading amount, 0.3ml/cm~2; immobilization for 12 hours in saturated boron acid solution. Then activated the immobilized cells in buffer containing dyes. Thus, immobilized cells with high decolorizing activity were obtained. In columns packed with immobilized cells, the decolorization efficiencies of continuous influent and intermissional influent were compared with each other. In twenty days, the decolorization rates were both higher than 90%; then the decolorization rate of continuous influent decreased to about 60% after 60 days while it still reached 80% in case of intermissional influent. The efficiency of the later was distinct higher than that of the former.

Chinese Journal of Neurology 2021;54(3):290-296
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a rapid progressive neurodegenerative disease, characterized by the degeneration of both upper and lower motor neurons. The progressive motor unit loss due to lower motor neuron damage is one of the most important pathological process in ALS. However, there are lack of specific biomarkers for early diagnosis and progression monitoring of ALS. The relevant electrophysiologic techniques which quantify the number of motor unit have been developed rapidly in recent years. Among them, the motor unit number estimation (MUNE) and the motor unit number index (MUNIX) have been widely applied to quantify motor unit number loss in ALS. The most recent advances of MUNE and MUNIX in ALS were reviewed.

Objective To assess the prognostic values of the immunohistochemical expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2) in a cohort of patients with operable advanced laryngeal cancer who have been treated with induction chemotherapy. Methods VEGF and VEGFR-2 expression in the Forty-nine patients was quantified by an enzyme immunosorbent assay in a retrospective series. Results The moderate to high VEGF expression in 34 patients were found and low expression in 15 patients. VEGFR-2 expression was moderate to high in 31 patients and was low expression in 18. The probability of a complete response to induction chemotherapy was significantly higher in patients with none to low VEGF expression. Conclusion VEGF expression seems to be a significant predictor of complete response to induction chemotherapy.
