1.Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists, diabetes, obesity, and psoriasis
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2012;28(4):255-257
More and more extrapancreatic actions of incretin-based therapies have been demonstrated and recently case reports have linked glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agouist therapy with the improvements in psoriasis.Psoriasis is a common skin disorder characterized by chronic inflammation.Epideminological studies have showed that patients with psoriasis exhibit increased rates of cardiovascular disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes, owing probably to the enhanced local and (or) systemic inflammation. The observations of anti-inflammatory actions of GLP-1,which exerts direct and indirect actions on immune function, together with the improved psoriasis, offer new insights into the investigation of non-classical anti-inflammatory actions of incretin-based therapeutics and provide a new direction for the research of the novel clinical application of GLP-1.
2.ROENTGEN MANIFESTATIONS OF RADIATION INJURIES OF BONES:A CLINICAL AND RADIOLOGIC ANALYSIS OF 17 CASES
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
Based on a clinical and radiological study of radiation injuries of the bones in the 17 cases, the relationship between the osseous changes and the radiation dosage and between the time from radiation therapy and the onset of the radiographic osseous changes were discussed. The authors found that the degree of local skin infection might determine the type of its underneath osseous injuries, i. e. being either "septic" (osteomyelitic) or "aseptic" (bone atrophic) radionecrosis, and it might also determine the time when the osseous changes appeared on the radiogram. It was found that radiation injuries of the bone could be distinguished from bone metastases. The authors suggest that a regular X-ray follow-up of the bones that had received a heavy dose of radiation should be made in order to reveal bone atrophy as early as posible and to remind the patient to avoid any trauma and infection.
3.Protective effect of Cordyceps Sinensis, Epimedium and Astragalus Membranaccus on gentamycin induced nephrotoxicity in rat
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
Animal model of aged rat nephrotoxicity was induced by i. p. administrationof gentamycin in a dose of 140mg/kg/day. Part of those rats were treated with CordycepsSinensis(CS), Epimedium(Ep) and Astragalus Membranaccus (AM) in form of decoc-tion per Os and others seryed as control. The results were summarized as. 1. The nephro-toxicity of gentamycin was aggrevated with age. CS, Ep and AM are effective drugs inpreventing the tdeular damage caused by gentamycin in rats. The pathological changes ofrenal tuoules of the rat groups which treated with CS, Ep and AM were less severe thanthat of the control. 2. CS, Ep and AM could prevent the decline of renal cortical Na~+-K~+-ATPase activity of aged rat induced by gentamycin.
4.Protective effect of fentanyl on cultured cardiomyocyte against injury induced by anoxia-reoxygenation
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1995;0(02):-
ve To assess the protective effect of fentanyl on primary cultured myocardial cells against injury induced by anoxia-reoxygenation. Methods Ventricular myocardial cells enzymatically isolated and cultured in 1640 culture medium for 6 days were randomly divided into 5 groups: group A received no anoxia served as control; group B received 2 hours anoxia followed by half an hour reoxygenation; and group C, D and E received 10ng ? ml-1, 30 ng ? ml-1 and 50 ng? ml-1 fentanyl respectively before anoxia-reoxygenation. The cell viability, myocardial intracellular content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activities of lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase(CK) were measured at the end of the experiment. Results Anoxia-reoxygenation caused dramatic decrease in cell viability, and increases in myocardial intracellular MDA content and the LDH and CK activities as compared with those in control group. Fentanyl 30 ng?ml-1 and 50 ng?ml-1 significantly attenuated the increases in LDH, CK activities and MDA content, and decrease in cell viability caused by anoxia-reoxygenation. Fentanyl 10ng?ml-1 did not produce any significant changes. Conclusions Fentanyl can produce protective effects on primary cultured cardiomyocytes against anoxia-reoxygenation injury.
5.A novel drug coated stent and coronary restenosis
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
The placement of stent in coronary artery reduces the restenosis rate of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA),but the restenosis has perplexed us so far. May be a novel drug coated stent will bring us a new hope in the coming years.
6.Introduction ot the design of intelligent building system in the hospital building of outpatient and emergency department
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(02):-
The role of apply and study of techniques of intelligent building(IB) is reviewed in recent years, although cultural heritage report way lots of relevantly IB, construct the report way of the medical treatment building intelligent is the less, right various project of author take into to categorize, for development and design of the hospital intelligent building of outpatient and emergency department provides the reference.
7.Research progress of neural stem cell source
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(27):5367-5370
Neural stem cells are a study hot spot in neurobiological science and neurosurgery in the near future. The transplantation of neural stem cells already became a new way which be used for treating the injury and degenerative disease in the nervous system, because of the self-renewal and cell differentiation bionomics. However, how to get massive neural stem cells, which can be used in animal experiment and clinical application, has constrainted the development of stem cell technique. This article introduced the harvesting methods of embryonic stem cells, adult neural stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells, in order to lead cellular transplant treatment into clinical treatment plan by a safe and effective mode.
8.Effect of process inspection on the selection and confirmation of coronary stents tubing
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2008;12(19):3796-3798
Based on concerns during stents manufacturing, the tubing purchase specifications of coronary stents have been proposed, and the key role of process inspection for judging the qualified tubing have been justified. By comparing the incoming inspection and the process inspection, it is concluded that the process inspection, as basis for optimizing tubing, is indispensable for selecting and confirming the tubing.
9.Research progress of neonatal hypoglycemia and brain injury
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2014;29(12):948-950
Neonatal hypoglycemia is a common clinical disease.Hypoglycemia can lead to severe acute and long-term dysfunction of nervous system. The several aspects of neonatal hypoglyccmia such as the definition, diagnosis of brain injury, risk factors, treatment, detection method and long-term follow-up were reviewed.
10.Metabolism of amino acids and type 2 diabetes mellitus
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2012;28(9):773-776
Amino acids (AA) as substrates of gluconeogenesis could promote endogenous glucose production. Some AA can enhance insulin secretion. Recently, many studies have found that some AA can also activate mammalian target of rapamycin-S6 kinase 1 ( mTOR-S6K1 ) pathway, resulting in maintaining pancreatic β cell function on one hand, and on the other hand, inhibiting insulin signal transduction of insulin-sensitive cells and thus causing insulin resistance.
