1.Research on cardiometabolic risk factors of workers in new forms of employment

Objective To analyze the prevalence status of cardiometabolic risk factor (CMRF) and its aggregation among workers engaged in new forms of employment. Methods A total of 5 429 new employment workers (including couriers, online food delivery workers, and ride hailing drivers) who underwent health medical examinations at a tertiary hospital in Beijing City were selected as the research subjects using the judgment sampling method. Data on waist circumference, blood pressure, blood glucose, and blood lipid levels were collected to analyze their CMRF [central obesity, elevated blood pressure, elevated blood glucose, elevated triglycerides, and reduced high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)] and their aggregation (with ≥ 2 of the above 5 risk factors) status. Results The detection rates of central obesity, elevated blood pressure, elevated blood glucose, elevated triglycerides, and reduced HDL-C were 61.2%, 38.2%, 29.5%, 40.9% and 22.6%, respectively. The detection rates of CMRF aggregation was 57.8%. The result of multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that male, age ≥45 years, smoking, overweight, and obesity were risk factors for CMRF aggregation (all P<0.05). Conclusion The detection rate of CMRF and its aggregation among workers with new forms of employment in Beijing City is relatively high. Targeted prevention and control efforts should be strengthened for high-risk populations, especially males, workers aged ≥45 years, smokers, and those who are overweight or obese.
2.Astrocytic dopamine D1 receptor modulates glutamatergic transmission and synaptic plasticity in the prefrontal cortex through d-serine.

The prefrontal cortex (PFC) plays a pivotal role in orchestrating higher-order emotional and cognitive processes, a function that depends on the precise modulation of synaptic activity. Although pharmacological studies have demonstrated that dopamine signaling through dopamine D1 receptor (DRD1) in the PFC is essential for these functions, the cell-type-specific and molecular mechanisms underlying the neuromodulatory effects remain elusive. Using cell-type-specific knockout mice and patch-clamp recordings, we investigated the regulatory role of DRD1 on neurons and astrocytes in synaptic transmission and plasticity. Furthermore, we explored the mechanisms by which DRD1 on astrocytes regulate synaptic transmission and plasticity at the cellular level, as well as emotional and cognitive functions at the behavioral level, through two-photon imaging, microdialysis, high-performance liquid chromatography, transcriptome sequencing, and behavioral testing. We found that conditional knockout of the Drd1 in astrocytes (CKOAST) increased glutamatergic synaptic transmission and long-term potentiation (LTP) in the medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC), whereas Drd1 deletion in pyramidal neurons did not affect synaptic transmission. The elevated level of d-serine in the mPFC of CKOAST mice increased glutamatergic transmission and LTP through NMDA receptors. In addition, CKOAST mice exhibited abnormal emotional and cognitive function. Notably, these behavioral changes in CKOAST mice could be reversed through the administration of d-serine degrease to the mPFC. These results highlight the critical role of the astrocytic DRD1 in modulating mPFC synaptic transmission and plasticity, as well as higher brain functions through d-serine, and may shed light on the treatment of mental disorders.
3.Analysis of SLCO1B1 and ApoE genetic polymorphisms in patients of Han ethnic group with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases from Anhui Province

Objective :
To investigate the distribution of solute carrier organic anion transporter family member 1B1(SLCO1B1) and apolipoprotein E(ApoE) gene polymorphisms in the patients of Han ethnic group with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases from Anhui Province, in order to provide the basis for the individualized therapy of statins in clinical practice.
Methods:
924 Han patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were selected. The SLCO1B1 and ApoE genotypes of the patients were detected by polymerase chain reaction-fluorescent probe method, and their distribution was compared among different genders and other regions in China.
Results:
Seven SLCO1B1 gene subtypes were detected in 924 patients, including *1a/*1b(33.01%),*1b/*1b(41.45%), *1b/*15(12.34%), *1a/*1a(7.03%), *1a/*15(5.52%), *15/*15(0.54%) and *5/*5(0.11%), without detection of the two gene subtypes of *1a/*5 and *5/*15; the normal metabolic genotype I of SLCO1B1(*1a/*1a, *1a/*1b, *1b/*1b) accounted for the highest proportion in this population(81.49%), the intermediate metabolic genotype II and the weak metabolic genotype III of SLCO1B1 accounted for 17.86% and 0.65% respectively; six ApoE gene subtypes were detected, including E3/E3(66.78%), E3/E4(19.37%), E2/E3(9.63%), E4/E4(1.84%), E2/E4(1.73%) and E2/E2(0.65%); the E3 mass genotype(E2/E4, E3/E3) accounted for the highest proportion in this population(68.51%); there was no significant difference in the distribution of SLCO1B1 and ApoE genes between different genders; there was no significant difference in the distribution of SLCO1B1 between the Han population from Anhui and the South China and Central China, but a significant difference was found between the Anhui Han population and the Southwest China(P<0.05); the distribution of ApoE in the Anhui Han population demonstrated no statistically significant variation from those in South China and Southwest China, whereas significant differences were observed in comparison with Central China(P<0.05).
Conclusion
In the Han population with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Anhui, the distributions of SLCO1B1 and ApoE gene polymorphisms show no significant gender differences but exhibit regional variations. These populations are predominantly characterized by class I normal metabolic genotype(SLCO1B1) and E3 mass genotypes(ApoE), indicating a higher tolerance to statin dosages and normal therapeutic efficacy in this cohort.

Gastric cancer with peritoneal metastasis (GCPM) is a common and lethal manifestation of advanced gastric cancer, with a median survival of only 5-11 months. This consensus was developed by 30 experts from Asia (China, Japan, Korea, and Singapore) using the Delphi method and the GRADE evidence grading system. A total of 29 statements were formulated, covering the diagnosis and assessment of GCPM, indications for laparoscopic exploration and NIPS (normothermic intraperitoneal and systemic treatment), treatment regimens, prevention and management of complications, criteria for conversion surgery, and postoperative intraperitoneal therapy. The consensus aims to standardize clinical practice and improve the prognosis of patients with GCPM.
5.Research on predictive models for adverse postoperative outcomes in cardiac surgery patients in western China: Integrating machine learning and SHAP interpretation

Objective To develop and compare the predictive performance of five machine learning models for adverse postoperative outcomes in cardiac surgery patients, and to identify key decision factors through SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) interpretability analysis. Methods A retrospective collection of perioperative data (including demographic information, preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative indicators) with 88 variables was conducted from adult cardiac surgery patients at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in 2023. Adverse postoperative outcomes were defined as the occurrence of acute kidney injury and/or in-hospital mortality during the postoperative hospitalization period following cardiac surgery. Patients were divided into an adverse outcome group and a favorable outcome group based on the presence of adverse postoperative outcomes. After screening feature variables using the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression method, five machine learning models were constructed: eXtreme gradient boosting (XGBoost), random forest (RF), gradient boosting machine (GBM), light gradient boosting machine (LightGBM), and generalized linear model (GLM). The dataset was randomly divided into a training set and a test set at a 7 : 3 ratio using stratified sampling, with postoperative outcome as the stratification factor. Model performance was evaluated using receiver operating characteristic curves, decision curve analysis, and F1 Score. The SHAP method was applied to analyze feature contribution. Results A total of 639 patients were included, comprising 395 males and 244 females, with a median age of 62 (55, 69) years. The adverse outcome group consisted of 191 patients, while the favorable outcome group included 448 patients, resulting in an adverse postoperative outcome incidence of 29.9%. Univariate analysis showed no significant differences between the two groups for any variables (P>0.05). Using LASSO regression, 16 feature variables were selected (including cardiopulmonary bypass support time, blood glucose on postoperative day 3, creatine kinase-MB isoenzyme, systemic inflammatory response index, etc.), and five machine learning models (GLM, RF, GBM, LightGBM, XGBoost) were constructed. Evaluation results demonstrated that the XGBoost model exhibited the best predictive performance on both the training set (n=447) and test set (n=192), with area under the curve values of 0.761 [95%CI (0.719, 0.800) ] and 0.759 [95%CI (0.692, 0.818) ], respectively. It also significantly outperformed other models in positive predictive value, and balanced accuracy in the test set. Decision curve analysis further confirmed its clinical utility across various risk thresholds. SHAP analysis indicated that variables such as cardiopulmonary bypass support time, blood glucose on postoperative day 3, creatine kinase-MB isoenzyme, and inflammatory markers (SIRI, NLR, CAR) had high contributions to the prediction. Conclusion The XGBoost model effectively predicts adverse postoperative outcomes in cardiac surgery patients. Clinically, attention should be focused on cardiopulmonary bypass support time, postoperative blood glucose control, and monitoring of inflammatory levels to improve patient prognosis.
6.Application of stamp-shaped skin allograft in extremely severe burns following failure of Meek skin grafting

BACKGROUND:Postoperative results with Meek skin grafting in some patients with extremely severe burns have not been satisfactory,with problems of delayed healing or skin graft failure. There have been fewer studies on the treatment of patients with failed Meek skin grafting due to insufficient skin source. This study aimed to explore a treatment method for such patients. OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect of stamp-shaped skin allograft in the treatment of severe burns after Meek skin graft failure. METHODS:Twenty-three patients with extremely severe burns who were admitted at Department of Burns and Skin Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Medical University from August 2013 to August 2023 with poor healing after Meek skin grafting were enrolled and divided into allogeneic skin treatment group and dressing change group according to different treatment methods. There were 10 cases in the allograft group and 13 cases in the dressing change group. Preoperative hemoglobin,platelet count,albumin count,white blood cell count,neutrophil count,procalcitonin count,and positive rate of microbial culture before secondary Meek skin grafting were compared between two groups. Survival rate of skin grafts before and after the second operation were compared. The number of operations,incidence of sepsis,and wound scars at 3 months and 6 months after operation were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The preoperative hemoglobin,platelet count and albumin count in the allogeneic skin treatment group were significantly higher than those in the dressing change group (Z=-3.172,P=0.002;Z=-3.010,P=0.003;Z=-2.761,P=0.006). There was no significant difference in the preoperative white blood cell count and neutrophil count between the two groups before secondary Meek skin grafting (Z=1.148,P=0.251;Z=0.373,P=0.709),but the serum procalcitonin count in the allogeneic skin treatment group prior to the second operation was significantly lower than that in the dressing change group (Z=2.955,P=0.002). Burn patients in the dressing change group exhibited a higher microbial culture rate than those in the allogeneic skin treatment group (x2=6.303,P=0.029). The survival rate of skin grafts before the second operation in the allogeneic skin treatment group[(74.8±13.3)%]was significantly higher than that in the dressing change group[(58.4±14.2)%;t=2.85,P=0.01). The survival rate of skin grafts after the second stage operation in the allogeneic skin treatment group[(84.0±11.5)%]was significantly higher than that in the dressing change group[(67.6±20.7)%;t=2.24,P=0.03). The frequency of postoperative surgery in the allogeneic skin treatment group was less than that in the dressing change group (Z=2.27,P=0.02). The incidence of sepsis in the dressing change group was significantly higher than that in the allogeneic skin treatment group (x2=5.490,P=0.03). There was no significant difference in the Vancouver Scar Scale scores of the scars between the two groups at 3 and 6 months after operation (t=0.96,1.138,P>0.05). To conclude,stamp-shaped skin allograft has good curative effect in the treatment of wounds with poor healing of skin after Meek micro-transplantation. The utilization rate of skin in the later stage is significantly increased,which reduces the probability of wound infection and solves the problem of insufficient skin source.
7.A method for determination of urinary iodine by a pure water direct dilution-ICP-MS

Objective:To establish a pure water direct dilution-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) detection method for rapid determination of urinary iodine.Methods:Pure water was used to directly dilute the urine samples. The washing solution was 5.0 g/L ascorbic acid, the internal standard solution was 5.0 g/L ascorbic acid and 100 μg/L 128Te, the standard solution was prepared with the solution of lyophilized urine iodine biological component analysis reference material. The method was evaluated in terms of linear range, detection limit, quantification limit, precision and method comparision experiment. Results:The linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve for iodine concentration range from 0 to 50.0 μg/L was 0.999 7, with a detection limit of 0.2 μg/L and a quantification limit of 0.6 μg/L. The spiked recovery rates of low, medium, and high concentration iodine standard solutions added to actual urine samples were 100.8%, 99.1% and 99.7%, respectively, with relative standard deviations of 0.8%, 1.3% and 1.6%, respectively. There was no statistically significant difference ( t = - 0.14, P = 0.890) between the results of measuring actual urine and assessment urine using this method and "Determination of Iodine in Urine-Part 2: Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (WS/T 107.2-2016)". Conclusions:We have successfully established a pure water direct dilution-ICP-MS method for determining urinary iodine. This method provides accurate and highly sensitive results, making it suitable for sudden public health emergencies and large-scale clinical measurement of urinary iodine.
8.Prognostic analysis and application value of adjuvant chemotherapy after radical resection for stage Ⅰ gastric cancer

Objective:To explore the prognosis after radical resection for stage Ⅰ gastric cancer and the application value of adjuvant chemotherapy.Methods:The retrospective cohort study was conducted. The clinicopathological data of 3 353 patients with stage Ⅰ gastric cancer who were admitted to Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center from January 2000 to December 2022 were collected. There were 2 369 males and 984 females, aged 60(range, 21-91) years. All patients underwent radical R 0 resection. Observation indicators: (1) clinicopathological characteristics of patients; (2) influencing factors for postoperative prognosis of patients; (3) prognostic analysis of patients; (4) construction and validation of a predictive model for the efficacy of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Comparison of count data between groups was conducted using the chi-square test. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed using the Cox proportional hazards regression model. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate survival rates and draw survival curves, and the Log-rank test was used for survival analysis. Based on the multivariate analysis result, a nomogram prediction model was constructed to predict survival benefit. Results:(1) Clinicopatho-logical characteristics of patients. The highly, moderately, and poorly differentiated tumors were observed in 16, 234, 396 cases of 646 patients aged <50 years and 279, 1 617, 811 cases of 2 707 pati-ents aged ≥50 years, respectively, showing a significant difference in degree of tumor differentiation between them ( P<0.05). For 297 patients in stage T1N1M0, cases aged <50 years and ≥50 years were 71 and 226, cases of males and females were 184 and 113, cases with negative and positive vascular invasion were 37 and 260, cases with negative and positive nerve invasion were 275 and 22, cases without and with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy were 222 and 75, respectively. The above indicators for 678 patients in stage T2N0M0 105, 573, 533, 145, 517, 161, 526, 152, 563, 115, respectively. There were significant differences in the above indicators between the two groups ( P<0.05). (2) Influencing factors for postoperative prognosis of patients. Results of multivariate analysis showed that age ≥50 years, stage T2, moderately differentiated tumor, the number of lymph nodes dissected <16, positive vascular invasion, carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) ≥5 μg/L, and CA19-9 ≥37 U/mL were independent risk factors for disease-free survival (DFS) after surgery for stage Ⅰ gastric cancer ( hazard ratio=4.600, 1.555, 1.835, 1.362, 1.451, 1.571, 2.134, 95% confidence interval as 2.806-7.541, 1.205-2.006, 1.016-3.314, 1.059-1.753, 1.057-1.993, 1.100-2.243, 1.257-3.625, P<0.05). Age ≥50 years, stage T2, the number of lymph nodes dissected <16, positive vascular invasion, CEA ≥5 μg/L, and CA19-9 ≥37 U/mL were independent risk factors for overall survival (OS) after surgery for stage Ⅰ gastric cancer ( hazard ratio=5.208, 1.597, 1.373, 1.520, 1.464, 2.356, 95% confidence interval as 3.028-8.955, 1.231-2.072, 1.060-1.777, 1.099-2.104, 1.004-2.134, 1.385-4.009, P<0.05). Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy was an independent protective factor for both DFS and OS after surgery for stage I gastric cancer ( hazard ratio=0.361 0.297, 95% confidence interval as 0.177-0.736, 0.131-0.674, P<0.05). (3) Prognostic analysis of patients. According to the results of multi-variate analysis, among 3 353 patients, there were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate between patients aged <50 years and ≥50 years ( P<0.05). There were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate among patients in TNM stage ⅠA and ⅠB ( P<0.05). There were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate among patients in stage T1N0M0, T1N1M0, T2N0M0 ( P<0.05). There were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate among patients with the highly, moderately, and poorly differentiated tumors ( P<0.05). There were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate among patients with the number of lymph lodes dissected <16 and ≥16 ( P<0.05). There were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate between patients with negative and positive vascular invasion ( P<0.05). There were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate between patients with and without postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy ( P<0.05), among patients in stage T1N0M0, T1N1M0, T2N0M0 who received no postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy ( P<0.05). For patients in stage T1N1M0, there was no significant difference in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate between patients with and without postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy ( P>0.05).Results of stratified analysis showed that for patients aged ≥ 50 years, there were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate between patients with and without postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy ( P<0.05). For patients in stage T2N0M0, there were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate between patients with and without postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy ( P<0.05). For patients with positive vascular invasion, there were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate between patients with and without postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy ( P<0.05). (4) Construction and validation of a predictive model for the efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy. A nomogram predictive model was constructed based on the multivariate analysis results of OS and used for calculating net benefits and distribution. Among the 3 096 patients without postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, 1 009 cases had a predicted net benefit of >5%-10%, and 250 patients had a predicted net benefit >10%. The predicted survival analysis further verified that the predicted benefit of adjuvant chemotherapy was consistent with the prognosis of patients. Conclusions:Patients with age ≥50 years, stage T2 tumors, moderately differentiated tumor, the number of lymph nodes dissected <16, positive vascular invasion have worse survival prognosis postoperative. Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy provides better prognosis in high-risk patients. Patients in stage T1N1M0 have lower recurrence and survival risks, of whom with 1 metastatic lymph node is more suitable for follow-up rather than postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy.

The clinicopathological data of 3 353 patients with stage Ⅰ gastric cancer who were admitted to Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center from January 2000 to December 2022 were collected. There were 2 369 males and 984 females, aged 60(range, 21-91) years. All patients underwent radical R 0 resection. Observation indicators: (1) clinicopathological characteristics of patients; (2) influencing factors for postoperative prognosis of patients; (3) prognostic analysis of patients; (4) construction and validation of a predictive model for the efficacy of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Comparison of count data between groups was conducted using the chi-square test. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed using the Cox proportional hazards regression model. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate survival rates and draw survival curves, and the Log-rank test was used for survival analysis. Based on the multivariate analysis result, a nomogram prediction model was constructed to predict survival benefit. Results:(1) Clinicopatho-logical characteristics of patients. The highly, moderately, and poorly differentiated tumors were observed in 16, 234, 396 cases of 646 patients aged <50 years and 279, 1 617, 811 cases of 2 707 pati-ents aged ≥50 years, respectively, showing a significant difference in degree of tumor differentiation between them ( P<0.05). For 297 patients in stage T1N1M0, cases aged <50 years and ≥50 years were 71 and 226, cases of males and females were 184 and 113, cases with negative and positive vascular invasion were 37 and 260, cases with negative and positive nerve invasion were 275 and 22, cases without and with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy were 222 and 75, respectively. The above indicators for 678 patients in stage T2N0M0 105, 573, 533, 145, 517, 161, 526, 152, 563, 115, respectively. There were significant differences in the above indicators between the two groups ( P<0.05). (2) Influencing factors for postoperative prognosis of patients. Results of multivariate analysis showed that age ≥50 years, stage T2, moderately differentiated tumor, the number of lymph nodes dissected <16, positive vascular invasion, carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) ≥5 μg/L, and CA19-9 ≥37 U/mL were independent risk factors for disease-free survival (DFS) after surgery for stage Ⅰ gastric cancer ( hazard ratio=4.600, 1.555, 1.835, 1.362, 1.451, 1.571, 2.134, 95% confidence interval as 2.806-7.541, 1.205-2.006, 1.016-3.314, 1.059-1.753, 1.057-1.993, 1.100-2.243, 1.257-3.625, P<0.05). Age ≥50 years, stage T2, the number of lymph nodes dissected <16, positive vascular invasion, CEA ≥5 μg/L, and CA19-9 ≥37 U/mL were independent risk factors for overall survival (OS) after surgery for stage Ⅰ gastric cancer ( hazard ratio=5.208, 1.597, 1.373, 1.520, 1.464, 2.356, 95% confidence interval as 3.028-8.955, 1.231-2.072, 1.060-1.777, 1.099-2.104, 1.004-2.134, 1.385-4.009, P<0.05). Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy was an independent protective factor for both DFS and OS after surgery for stage I gastric cancer ( hazard ratio=0.361 0.297, 95% confidence interval as 0.177-0.736, 0.131-0.674, P<0.05). (3) Prognostic analysis of patients. According to the results of multi-variate analysis, among 3 353 patients, there were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate between patients aged <50 years and ≥50 years ( P<0.05). There were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate among patients in TNM stage ⅠA and ⅠB ( P<0.05). There were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate among patients in stage T1N0M0, T1N1M0, T2N0M0 ( P<0.05). There were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate among patients with the highly, moderately, and poorly differentiated tumors ( P<0.05). There were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate among patients with the number of lymph lodes dissected <16 and ≥16 ( P<0.05). There were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate between patients with negative and positive vascular invasion ( P<0.05). There were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate between patients with and without postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy ( P<0.05), among patients in stage T1N0M0, T1N1M0, T2N0M0 who received no postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy ( P<0.05). For patients in stage T1N1M0, there was no significant difference in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate between patients with and without postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy ( P>0.05).Results of stratified analysis showed that for patients aged ≥ 50 years, there were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate between patients with and without postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy ( P<0.05). For patients in stage T2N0M0, there were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate between patients with and without postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy ( P<0.05). For patients with positive vascular invasion, there were significant differences in 5-year DFS rate and 10-year OS rate between patients with and without postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy ( P<0.05). (4) Construction and validation of a predictive model for the efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy. A nomogram predictive model was constructed based on the multivariate analysis results of OS and used for calculating net benefits and distribution. Among the 3 096 patients without postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, 1 009 cases had a predicted net benefit of >5%-10%, and 250 patients had a predicted net benefit >10%. The predicted survival analysis further verified that the predicted benefit of adjuvant chemotherapy was consistent with the prognosis of patients. Conclusions:Patients with age ≥50 years, stage T2 tumors, moderately differentiated tumor, the number of lymph nodes dissected <16, positive vascular invasion have worse survival prognosis postoperative. Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy provides better prognosis in high-risk patients. Patients in stage T1N1M0 have lower recurrence and survival risks, of whom with 1 metastatic lymph node is more suitable for follow-up rather than postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy.
