1.Integration of Cold-warm Syndrome and Exterior and Interior in Treating Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever Based on Syndrome Differentiation
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
Though the clinical observation of 413 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever(EHF) by clinical epidemiological method,we have concluded that the main TCM etiological factors of EHF are damp, toxic heat, blood stasis and deficiency, and the determinant pathogenesis of EHF is the integration of interior and exterior pathogenic factors;the syndrome characteristic of EHF is that the cold, heat, deficiency and excess were intermingled, and the moist heat blood stasis syndrome should be given priority to;its major pathological location is initial YANG and triple warmer;so the therapeutic principle should be the integration of cold-warm syndrome and exterior and interior and paying attention to smoothing the triple warmer all the time.

3.Constructing a harmonious doctor-patient relationship
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2011;27(2):118-121
Rapid economic development in China gives rise to a growing awareness of patients'rights, resulting in more disputes in medical malpractice between patients and hospitals and deteriorating the once harmonious doctor-patient relationship. The paper discussed the content, influencing factors of a harmonious relationship from both macro and micro perspectives. It focused on the role of governments in building and safeguarding a harmonious relationship, proposing the government should endeavor to create a favorable social environment while the hospital should enhance its management to safeguard a smooth medical process.
4.Markov Decision Model:An Optimized Markov Model in Pharmacoeconomics
China Pharmacy 2005;0(17):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the pros and cons of Markov decision model, an optimized Markov model and to facilitate its application in pharmacoeconomics. METHODS: The basic characteristics of Markov model were introduced and the advantage of the Markov decision model in pharmacoeconomics was analyzed by comparing it with Markov model. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Markov decision model can evaluate the economics of drugs and treatment methods more effectively than Markov model; moreover, it can alter medication or treatment methods according to patients' specific health status.
5.Study on the pathogenesis of primary immune thrombocytopenia in children
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2017;32(15):1121-1124
Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is the most common hemorrhagic disease in childhood, and immunological abnormality is the most common cause of this disease.Humoral immune abnormalities are the major cause of ITP,involving platelet, platelet membrane surface glycoproteins associated antibodies, impaired Breg cells and upregulation of platelet Toll like receptors.Cellular immune abnormalities include the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cells results in increased inhibitory cytokines [interleukin (IL)-2,interferon-α,tumor necrosis factor-β],IL-17 and Th17 cells in patients with chronic ITP are higher than those in control group, and Treg decline is also common seen in ITP.Increased expression of apoptosis related genes Bak and Bax are also the cause of chronic ITP.Helicobacter pylori is an important cause of chronic ITP,which can be eased in some cases but not effective in new diagnosed cases.Vaccination can lead to ITP,repeated vaccines are applied usually in 3-6 months after the onset.
6.Current research in the pathophysiology of dry eye
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(08):-
Expanded understanding of the ocular surface and tear film interaction contributes to the pathophysiology of dry eye.Maintenance of tear film requires an intricate nervous and hormonal regulation. The changes in tear film, neurogenic inflammation and sex hormone are key factors in dry eye pathogenesis.
7.Design of the Newborn Safety Management System by Combining Internet of Things and Wireless Local Area Network
Journal of Medical Informatics 2017;38(7):33-35
The paper establishes the newborn safety management system through combining of the Internet of Things and Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN),and introduces the design of system architecture and the functions. This system is able to achieve full-digital management of newborns, reduce the risk of medical accidents, and improve the work efficiency of medical staffs.
8.Comparison of Chinese medicine treatment of juvenile and adult seasonal allergic rhinitis
Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2006;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE To study the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine on juvenile seasonal allergic rhinitis.METHODS The patients with allergic rhinitis presented to the clinic three or more times included in this study. All of the patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and divided into young group and adult group.Symptom score were recorded in each time presented to the clinic.RESULTS There were 15 patients cured, 30 patients improved and 0 patients unimproved in the young group. While, in adult group, there were 10 patients cured, 21 patients improved and 10 patients unimproved. There was a significant difference between the two groups(?2=29.0323, P
9.Expression of human apM1 gene lentiviral vector in 293 T cells and its significance
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(07):-
Aim To investigate the expression of the lentiviral vector carrying a human apM1(hapM1) gene in 293 T cells and its bioactivity. Methods The CDS region of hapM1 gene was subcloned into the lentiviral vector from a cloning vector, and the transfer plasmid(PNL-hapM1-IRES2-EGFP)of the lentiviral vector was constructed. The three plasmids of the lentiviral vector: PNL-hapM1-IRES2-EGFP,HELPER,and VSVG were cotransfected to 293 T cells to produce the recombinant lentivirus;293 T cells were infected by the recombinant lentivirus and were identified with fluorescent microscope,RT-PCR and western blot.Inhibitory effect of the recombinant hapM1 on proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs) was identified. Results The sequencing results showed that the sequence of the subcloned hapM1 gene was completely identical to that reported in GeneBank. The virus titre of the recombinant hapM1 lentivirus was 2.0?105 TU?L-1.After the recombinant lentivirus infected 293 T cells,RT-PCR and Western blot results showed that the expression of hapM1 in the hapM1-293 T group could be measured. The recombinant hapM1 inhibited the proliferation of VSMCs.Conclusions The recombinant lentivirus carrying a human apM1 gene was constructed successfully. The recombinant hapM1 could be expressed in 293 T cells and had its bioactivity.
10.Clinical observation on the bronchial artery infusion in the treatment of central NSCLC with obstructive pneumonia
Chongqing Medicine 2015;(22):3082-3083,3087
Objective To observe the effect of bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of central non-small cell lung cancer (central NSCLC)with obstructive pneumonia and its efficacy clinical factors. Methods Retrospective analysis method was applied to the 64 cases of central NSCLC with obstructive pneumonia. All patients were confirmed by pathology. We main contrasted the efficacy between intravenous infusion of antimicrobial agents and bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy (BAI).we focused on the efficacy between treatment group using standard systemic vein chemotherapy/radiotherapy and primary group with no chemotherapy/radiotherapy.Results In control group, the improvement rate was 43.33%.The improvement rate in treatment group was 70.59%.In treatment group, the curing rate was 50.00% for the patients who had ever taken standard sys-temic chemotherapy/radiotherapy.But the curing rate was 88.89% for the primary group. Conclusion For the patients who have the central NSCLC with obstructive pneumonia, intravenous infusion of antimicrobial agents and bronchial artery infusion chemo-therapy (BAI)can obviously increase the curing rate of obstructive pneumonia.
