In the paper,we will deeply research sorts of ethical problems in medical genetics and their origins through a view of the human dual evolutions,and bring forward the viewpoint that any ethical problem can be originated from the conflict between human biological evolution and cultural evolution.Based on fully reasoning the relation between ethical problems in medical genetics and human evolution,the authors put forward a series of corresponding strategies to solve the ethical problems in medical genetics.

Objective To explore the effect of aconitine on serum zinc finger protein 41 and secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine in ventricular septal defect model rats.Methods 80 ventricular septal defect model rats were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group ( n=40) were treated with 0.05 mg/kg aconitine via tail vein injection for 7 consecutive days;control group (n=40) were treated with normal saline via tail vein injection for 7 consecutive days.Then, the abdominal aorta blood of each rat was collected, and the contents of zinc finger protein 41 and SPARC in two groups were detected by Western blot and ELISA method,seperately.Results Western blot results showed that the expression of zinc finger protein 41 and SPARC in serum samples of experimental group were significantly lower than that of control group ( P<0.05 ) .ELISA results showed that the contents of zinc finger protein 41 and SPARC of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group ( P<0.05 ), respectively.Conclusion Aconitine can decrease the expression of serum zinc finger protein 41 and SPARC in ventricular septal defect model rat.

For medical interpretation,medical students enjoy the advantages of professional knowledge.Based on the case of the Second Military Medical University,this paper elaborates on the necessity and reasonableness of opening the optional course of medical interpretation for medical students,and makes further exploration on the methods and strategies of cultivating medical interpreters in higher medical education from the perspectives of trainee selection,knowledge structure and course designing.

Urinary tract infections(UTIs) are prevalent disorders of the urinary system, primarily caused by pathogens such as uropathogenic Escherichia coli(UPEC). These infections significantly impair patients' quality of life and increase the risk of urosepsis. Although antibiotic therapy can alleviate symptoms, prolonged use often leads to drug resistance and recurrence, underscoring the necessity for developing novel prevention and treatment strategies for UTIs. In recent years, UTI vaccines, as a specific preventive approach, have shown promising progress, which are broadly categorized into three types:whole-cell/lysate vaccines, live attenuated vaccines, and subunit vaccines. Whole-cell/lysate vaccines, such as Uromune,Strovac, and OM-89/UroVaxom, have already been commercialized. In contrast, live attenuated vaccines and subunit vaccines, including ExPEC4V and ExPEC10V, remain in the preclinical research stage. In this paper, the mechanism underlying UTIs and the recent advancements in UTI vaccine development are reviewed, aiming to provide a reference for the research and development of UTI vaccines in China.

MircoRNAs (miRNAs) are widely existing inorganisms, non-coding small RNA. MircoR-NAs play important role in cell proliferation, apoptosis, stress resistance and fat metabolism. In vitro studies indicate that miRNAs are important factors in platinum resistance of ovarian cancer cell lines. However, the pathway of platinum resistance of ovarian cancers is complex. Studies find miRNA expression play important roles in the sensitivity of platinum resistance of ovarian cancer cell lines , and can be used as an early alert for platinum resistance. Changing the expression of miRNA even can reverse the platinum resistance . But the regular role of miRNAs in target genes network is still unconfirmed. Thus, more studies about miRNA in vivo and animal tumor models are needed to identify the function of miRNAs in platinum resistance of ovarian cancer.

Objective To assess the ability of the new software SonoAVC to measure follicular volume and to compare these volume calculations with those made by conventional methods. Methods Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging was used to acquire volumetric data from the ovaries of 50 women undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation as part of in-vitro fertilization treatment. SonoAVC was used to automatically measure the volume of follicles and virtual organ computer-aided analysis(VOCAL) was also applied to measure volume, which was used as the standard of volume measurement. And the three perpendicular diameters (xyz diameters) of follicles were manually measured by conventional two-dimensional(2D) ultrasound, which were used to estimate volume using the sphere formula. And the validity of each technique was compared using limits of agreement. Results One hundred and seventy-six follicles were studied. SonoAVC and VOCAL provided highly accurate and repeatable follicular volume measurements in all cases. Volumes estimated from manually derived follicular diameter measurements were less accurate and repeatable. VOCAL took more time in follicular volume of measurement than SonoAVC and conventional 2D displays. Conclusions SonoAVC provides highly accurate, repeatable,and efficient measurements of follicular volume.

Objective:To investigate the direct effect of different concentrations of hydrogen sulfide(H_2S)on neonatal rat myocardial cells by hypoxia injury during different time point,and the indirect effect of reoxygenation injury in order to analyze the protective role of H_2S on myocardial cells subjected to hypoxia/reoxygenation injury. Methods:Primary cultured myocardial cells from neonatal rats were randomly divided into 9 groups:Normal control group,Hypoxia NaHS 0 μmol/L group,100 μmol/L group,200 μmol/L group,400 μmol/L group and those groups subjected to hypoxia for 24 h,48 h and 72 h. Hypoxia/reoxygenation NaHS 0 μmol/L group,100 μmol/L group,200 μmol/L group,400 μmol/L group and those groups subjected to hypoxia for 24 h,48 h,72 h and then reoxygenation for 2 h. The number of survival cells were counted and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)were measured respectively at each time point. Results:At the same time point of 24 h,48 h,72 h hypoxia,the number of survival cells increased and the activity of LDH decreased in hypoxia NaHS treatment groups as compared with Hypoxia NaHS 0 μmol/L group(P<0.01). The protective role of Hypoxia NaHS 200 μand 400 μmol/L groups were better than NaHS 100 μmol/L group at 24 h of time poit(P<0.05～0.01). The number of survival cells by hypoxia/reoxygenation increased and the leakage of LDH from reoxygenation cells decreased in hypoxia/reoxygenation NaHS treatment groups as compared with hypoxia/reoxygenation NaHS 0 μmol/L group(P<0.01).Conclusion:NaHS 100 to 400 μmol/L had the protective effects on myocardial cells by hypoxia/reoxygenation injury. NaHS 200 to 400 μmol/L might offer the best protective effects on myocardial cells by hypoxia injury at 24 h.

Objective To analyze the clinical value and safety of capsule endoscopy in the digestive tract diseases.Methods 55 cases of inpatients or outpatients were given the capsule endoscopy examination.The positive detection rate and safety were observed.Results The positive detection rate was 87.3％,the diagnostic rate was 50.9％.Capsule retention in the body happened in 2 cases (1 case of small intestine space-occupying lesions,decided to take the operation,another 1 case got Crohn's disease,intestinal incomplete obstruction),the occurrence rate was 1.5％.Conclusion The capsule endoscopy make up some shortcomings of the traditional gastrointestinal endoscope,but also show some drawbacks,so improving performance of instrument of the capsule endoscopy,expanding the scope of application of capsule endoscopy will be the development direction of the capsule endoscopy in the future.

Objective To explore the pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution in rats with a single dose by orally administra‐tion of moxifloxacin .Methods Totally 60 rats were equally divided into 10 groups with orally administration moxifloxacin for 50 mg/kg .The lungs ,uterus ,ovaries (tube) ,kidney ,ureter and bladder tissues were collected at different time points (before give med‐icine and after 0 .25 ,0 .50 ,1 .00 ,2 .00 ,3 .00 ,4 .00 ,6 .00 ,8 .00 ,12 .00 ,24 .00 h) .The concentrations of moxifloxacin in tissues were determined by the established HPLC method and the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by 3p97 .Results The established HPLC methods had good specificities ,and the linear range was between 0 .001 6-50 .000 0μg/mL for tissue sample .T1/2βof moxi‐floxacin were (13 .65 ± 3 .56) ,(12 .64 ± 2 .86) ,(13 .27 ± 3 .51) ,(13 .47 ± 3 .29) ,(14 .78 ± 2 .64) ,(11 .56 ± 1 .58)h in lung ,uterus , ureterine adnexa ,kidney ,ureter and bladder ;Cmax of moxifloxac in various tissues were (15 .61 ± 3 .58) ,(12 .48 ± 4 .57) ,(16 .18 ± 4 .21) ,(12 .65 ± 3 .17) ,(26 .68 ± 7 .42) ,(1 .13 ± 0 .58)μg/mL ;Tmax of moxifloxac in above tissues were (3 .15 ± 1 .24) ,(2 .66 ± 1 .74) ,(2 .97 ± 1 .65) ,(2 .58 ± 1 .36) ,(3 .47 ± 1 .84) ,(2 .46 ± 1 .87)h;AUC0 -t of moxifloxac in above tissues were (87 .2 ± 5 .41) , (70 .89 ± 4 .56) ,(92 .41 ± 7 .65) ,(88 .26 ± 6 .94) ,(170 .59 ± 21 .48) ,(14 .57 ± 5 .47)μg · h-1 · mL -1 .Conclusion Moxifloxacin had a higher concentration in ureterine adnexa and ureter by orally administration with single dose ,and it can maintain for a long time .
