0.05).Conclusions Both A and B therapy schedules were able to effectively relieve symptoms of peptic ulcer and eradicate the level of Hp.Since the inexpensive price and gently adverse reaction of fraltadone in group B,it could be recommended to be the first-choice drug in curing Hp relative peptic ulcer.

Objective To evaluate application of antihypertensive drugs.Methods We counted up and analyzed the sum of money,using frequency,quantity and dayly therapeutic fees of the antihypertensive drugs by methods of money ranker and DDDs analysis.Results The most often used antihypertensive drugs were the three as follows:calcium channel blocker,?-receptor blocker and angiotensinⅡ receptor antagonist.We earned more money for the three antihypertensive drugs:calcium channel blocker,angiotensinⅡ receptor antagonist and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor.Conclusions The using of antihypertensive drugs is rational.And also we should avoid adverse reaction caused by these drugs compatibility use and ensure medicative safety.

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Shoutai Pill and Shixiao Powder for the treatment of threatened abortion with kidney deficiency and blood stasis. [Methods] Sixty inpatients and outpatients for quieting fetus in gynecology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM were equally divided into 3 groups: group A was treated with Shoutai Pill and Shixiao Powder, group B with human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) and group C with Shoutai Pill, Shixiao Powder and HCG. The effect on quieting fetus was evaluated by observing the disappearance time of symptoms such as vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, lumbar ache, lower abdominal heaviness and distension. Changes of blood and urine HCG level and type B ultrasonic image were also examined to observe the effect and safety of Chinese medicine. [Results] The effective rate was 95% in group A, 70% in group B and 100% in group C, the difference being significant ( P0.05) . The result of follow-up showed that no terata was found in the three groups. [Conclusion] Chinese medicine with the actions of tonifying kidney and activating blood-stasis can prevent miscarriage and is safe without toxic and side effects.

Objective To study and analyze the related factors of neonatal dopamine leakage in NICU and psychological intervention. Methods 100 cases of neonatal NICU patients who received intravenous infusion of dopamine in our hospital from February 2015 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group,with 10 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,the patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive care and psychological intervention,and they paid attention to the psychological status of the patients,and carried out a comprehensive evaluation,and given positive care.The clinical indexes of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results After the corresponding nursing mode,10 cases in the control group were transfused 100 times,and 30 cases of secondary leakage occurred,accounting for 30.0%.In the experimental group,10 cases were transfused 100 times,and 16 cases of secondary leakage occurred,accounting for 16.0%.The probability of dopamine leakage in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group,with statistical difference.In the experimental group,9 parents were satisfied with the nursing work,and the satisfaction rate was 90.0%.In contrast,42 parents were satisfied with the nursing work,and the satisfaction rate was 80.0%. The satisfaction degree of nursing in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of psychological intervention in neonatal NICU intravenous infusion of dopamine and comprehensive care,can reduce the occurrence probability of leakage of dopamine in a large extent,improve nursing satisfaction,to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship is further applied in clinical significance.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of insulin aspart 30 combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods:According to the random number table, 68 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (n=34) and the observation group (n=34). The control group was treated with insulin aspart 30 by hypodermic injection, while the observation group was orally treated with metformin additionally. Results:After the treatment, the levels of FPG, HbA1c and 2hPG, plasma viscosity, blood viscosity and platelet adhesion rate in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and those in the observation groups were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). After the treatment, the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment (P<0. 05), and the levels of TC and TG in the observation groups were lower than those in the control group (P<0. 05). Before and after the treatment, HDL-C and BMI showed no significant differences in the two groups (P>0. 05). The reaching standard time of blood glucose of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). Compared with the untoward reactions between the two groups, no statistical difference was shown (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Insulin aspart 30 combined with metformin can control blood sugar more effectively, and significantly improve the glucose metabolism of patients, shorten the reaching standard time of blood glucose and improve blood lipid and hemorheology indices, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

Objective:To understand the epidemic situation of drinking-water-borne endemic fluorosis in Fujian Province, and to provide more information for control and evaluation of the disease.Methods:In 2019, all villages in the 36 drinking-water-borne endemic fluorosis areas in Fujian Province were selected, in which the situation of water improvement was investigated, fluorine content of drinking water was tested and dental fluorosis of all the children aged 8 to 12 was examined. The urinary fluoride content and skeletal fluorosis of people over 25-year old was investigated in some of those villages.Results:A total of 153 disease affected villages were investigated, in which the water improvement projects were all completed. The fluoride content in each tap water sample of the water improvement project ranged from 0.00 to 1.05 mg/L, and the qualified rate was 100.00% (153/153). The normal operation rate of the water improvement projects was 95.42% (146/153). The detection rate of dental fluorosis in children aged 8 to 12 was 2.72% (76/2 789) with a dental fluorosis index 0.07. The detection rate of children's dental fluorosis was statistically different in different age groups, so was it in areas with different coverage rate of water improvement projects ( P < 0.05). The geometric mean of urinary fluorine level in adults was 0.80 mg/L ( n = 3 765), and the detection rate of skeletal fluorosis was 2.00% (6/300). Conclusion:Although some achievements have been made in the prevention and control of drinking-water-borne endemic fluorosis in Fujian Province, it is still necessary to further consolidate and enhance the water improvement projects.

Stroke is one of the most common diseases among middle and senior - aged people,and depressive disorder,which hinders severely recovery and prognosis,is one of the complications of stroke.This paper analyzes the efficiency of social intervention mode on patients with post - stroke depressive disorder,and comes up with the conclusion that social intervention mode can not only help to ameliorate the occurrence of post - stroke depressive disorder,but also promote the recovery of patients' nervous function.Therefore,the social intervention mode can be regarded as an effective means for medical treatment.

Accurate preoperative staging is imperative in the treatment of gastric cancer since diseases in different stages mandate different management strategies. Multi-disciplinary therapy is important for gastric cancer. Endoscopic treatment has become the preferred treatment for patients with early gastric cancer. However, only when multiple disciplines is involved in the decision-making process, appropriate patients can be selected and benefit from the minimally invasive treatment. In China, 90% of gastric cancers are at advanced stage at diagnosis, which are associated with worse prognosis compared to early gastric cancer. The optimal treatment depends on the multi-disciplinary therapy including surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and molecular targeted therapy.

Background The measurement of the extraocular muscle is critical for the diagnosis of extraocular muscle diseases,but conventional medical imaging techniques present some shortcomings because of the contact pattern.The anterior segment optical coherence tomography (OCT) is thought to be an in vivo noninvasive optical diagnostic imaging method.Objective This clinical study attempted to seek an available approach to the evaluation of the anatomic structure of human horizontal rectus insertion with Visante OCT.Methods One hundred and fourteen eyes of 58 subjects were included in this study and were divided into the low refractive power group (≤-3.00 D) with 43 eyes,moderate refractive power group(＞-3.00 D-≤-6.00 D) with 49 eyes and high refractive power group(＞-6.00 D) with 22 eyes.The horizontal rectus insertion distance to the scleral spur and its thickness were measured by Visante OCT.The correlation of the refractive power with the rectus insertion distance or thickness was analyzed.Written informed consent was obtained from each subject before medial assessment.Results The average distance from the scleral spur to the lateral and medial rectus insertion were (5.23±0.50)mm and (3.81±0.46)mm respectively.The average thickness of the lateral and medial rectus insertions were (0.39±0.06)mm and (0.39±0.06)mm respectively,showing no significant differences in comparison with those of ultrasound biomicroscopy (P=0.338,P=0.759).The lateral and medial rectus insertion distances were (5.25±0.45)mm and (3.74±0.53)mm in the low refractive power the group,(5.22±0.60)mm and (3.81±0.42)mm in the moderate group and (5.20±0.35)mm and (3.90±0.42)mm in the high refractive power group,presenting inconsiderable difference among these three groups(lateral rectus: χ2=0.054,P=0.974;medial rectus: F=0.508,P=0.604).The thickness of the lateral and medial rectus insertions were (0.41±0.06)mm and (0.40±0.06)mm in the low refractive power group,(0.40±0.07)mm and (0.37±0.07)mm in the moderate refractive power group,(0.36±0.05)mm and (0.39±0.05)mm in the high refractive power group with a significant difference among lateral rectus (F=4.922,P=0.009) but not medial rectus (F=2.152,P=0.125).The lateral rectus insertions thickness in the high refractive power group was thinner than that in low refractive power group (P＜0.05).A positive correlation was found between refractive power and the thickness of lateral or medial rectus insertions (r=0.284,P＜0.01).Conclusion Visante OCT is a uscful way in measuring the distance and thickness of the extraocular muscles.Lateral rectus insertions thickness tends to be thinner with the worsening of myopia,which is obvious in high myopia.

Dipeptydil-peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors are designed as oral anti-hyperglycemic drugs for the treatment of type 2 diabetes owing to their effects on the incretin system through sparing incretin hormones including glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) from rapid degradation by DPP-4.It has been shown that GLP-1 signaling may exert beneficial effects on cardiovascular system.In addition to GLP-1,DPP-4 physiologically cleaves cytokines,chemokines,and neuropeptides involved in inflammation,immunity,and vascular function.It means that DPP-4 inhibitors hold promise for cardiovascular protection independent of GLP-1.And its modulation of endothelial progenitor cells,infiammatory pathway,ischemic response,and lipid metabolism emerges as the major cardiovascular target of DPP-4 inhibitors.
