Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods According to the order of admission with single and double,132 CHF patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,66 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the study group was treated with atorvastatin calcium on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical efficacy was assessed.Before and after treatment,the serum TC level was measured,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and heart left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDD),heart index(CI) were assessed by echocardiography.The adverse reactions during treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.42%,which was higher than 83.33% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x2=9.35,P<0.05).The serum TC of the study group after treatment was (3.24±0.75)mmol/L,which was lower than (4.70±0.86)mmol/L of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.96,P<0.05).The level of LVEF of the study group after treatment was (46.39±6.35)%,which was higher than (44.60±5.82)% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.47,P<0.05).The levels of LVDD and CI were (47.06±5.39)mm and (2.60±0.62)L·min-1·m-1 respectively,which were lower than (49.53±6.17)mm and (2.97±0.69)L·min-1·m-1 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=10.31,9.40,all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(x2=2.04,P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of CHF patients on the basis of routine treatment has better clinical effect.It can significantly reduce TC and significantly improve cardiac function,and has high safety.

Objective The purpose of the study was to develop an instrument to measure nursing professional values held by Chinese nurses.Methods 381 nurses were enrolled for the survey on their professional values by the draft of nursing professional values assessment tool(NPVAT).With the item analysis,such as dispersion degree,correlation efficient,discriminability,alpha coefficients index and exploratory factor analysis,the items were selected.Results As a result of the item analysis,the final version of NPVAT was composed of 20 items selected from a total of 32 items.Exploratory factor analysis resulted in a four-factor solution explaining 51.99％ of the common variance.Conculsions The NPVAT developed in this research can be used for measuring the nursing professional values among nurses.

Objective To study the effect of health education on compliance of patients undergoing anticoagulant therapy after cardiac valve replacement? Methods One hundred and six patients undergoing anticoagulant therapy after cardiac valve replacement received enhanced health education after cardiac valve replacement? A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate their treatment compliance and mastery of related knowledge pre-and postoperatively? Result The mastery of the knowledge related to anticoagulant therapy and the compliance were significantly improved compared to pre-health education(bothP < 0?05)? Conclusion The health education may improve the recognition of anti-coagulant therapy as well as compliance of patients?

The fabrication system for the electrochemical microfluidic device was set up based on the pulse driving and controlling of microfluids technology.The nano silver ink and glycerol solution were jetted on the glass substrates to form the microelectrode pattern and the liquid mold pattern for the microchannel.Then the microelectrode and microchannel were obtained through a sintering process and a molding process, respectively.The electrochemical mircrofluidic device was Finally prepared through a bonding process with the microelectrode and the microchannel.The influences of the system parameters on the formation of the droplet were studied, as well as the influences of the droplets diameter and the overlap on the formation of the liquid lines.The minimal width, the thickness and the resistance of the prepared microelectrode were 45 μm, 2.2 μm and 5.2 μΩ cm, respectively.The minimal width of the microelectrode was 35 μm and the surface was smooth.The electrochemical flow detection of glucose concentration was carried out with the device, and the results showed that the glucose concentration had a high linear correlation with the response current, which could be used in the quantitative detection of glucose concentration.The fabrication of the electrochemical microfluidic device based on the pulse driving and controlling of micro fluids technology has many advantages such as simple system structure, lower cost and higher accuracy of the micro droplet and can be used in the preparation of the devices in the biochemical analysis and biosensor areas.

In order to investigate the effect of ligustrazine (Lig) i.p. on peritoneal permeability in peritoneal dialysis and its side effects, creatinine was given intravenously and continuously to maintain the high plasma creatinine level. All the rabbits were divided into three groups: normal control group (group A), group B treated with 0.12% Lig and group C treated with 0.24% Lig. The peritoneal dialysis of all rabbits lasted 2 h. The plasma and dialysate levels of glucose, protein and creatinine were observed immediate, 30 min, 60 min, 90 min, 120 min after dialysis. Creastinine dialysate/plasma ratio (D/P), protein D/P ratio, glucose D/Do at different time points after dialysis and creatinine mass transfer area coefficient (MTAC) at 120 min were calculated. The structures of peritoneum were observed under optical microscope and electron microscope after continuously intraperitoneal injection of Lig for 14 days. The results showed that the 90-min and 120-min creatinine D/P ratios in the group C were higher than in the group A. The 120-min creatinine MATC in the group C was higher than in the group A. The rabbits treated with Lig did not show significant structure changes of peritoneum and signs of peritoneal irritation. It was suggested that Lig could increase mass transfer ability of peritoneum without significant side effects.

Objective To investigate the effect of a novel lymphotoxin with selectively binding to p55 tumor necrosis factor receptor (p55TNFR) on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats in order to explore the mechanism.Methods A total of 40 SD rats were randomly (random number) assigned into four groups (n =10 in each),namely sham operation group (group A),I/R group (group B),wild type rhLTα treatment group (group C),and p55TNFR selective rhLTα (rhLTα-Q107E) treatment group (group D).After I/R model rats were established,various therapeutic agents or saline were given by continuous intravenous infusion for 24 h via a micropump.After 24 hours of treatment,serum myocardial zymogram,such as aspartate aminotransferase (AST),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK),as well as superoxide dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities were determined.Myocardial infarction size (MIS) was measured by nitro blue tetrazolium chloride (NBT) staining.Results Compared to sham operation group,MIS,AST,LDH,CK,MDA were increased,while the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were decreased.However,all the effects were significantly reversed by treatment with rhLTα-Q107E (P ＜ 0.05) but not rhLTα (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The rhLTα-Q107E plays a role in the protection against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats by the mechanism of scavenging oxygen free radicals and increasing the activity of endogenous antioxidant system.

Objective To search for the metabolites that associated with articular cartilage damage in the urine of rat model with articular cartilage destruction induced by T-2 toxin.Methods Thirty healthy male Wistar rats aged 4-5 weeks were numbered by weight,randomly divided into two groups (n =15 per group),namely the control group and the model group.The rats in the control group were fed with standard rat diets,and those in the model group were given diets contaminated by T-2-toxin (300 μg/kg).Throughout the experiment,all animals were given free access to distilled water and diets.After continuous treatment for 3 months,all the rats were sacrificed.The changes of articular cartilage in rat knee joints were observed by histopathological method,the metabolic profile of rats' urine was determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography/quadrupole time of flight-mass spectrometry (UPLC/QTOF-MS) technique.Combined with multivariate statistical analysis,database searching was applied to explore and confirm the different metabolites associated with cartilage damage.Results Light microscope showed that rats' articular chondrocytes in the control group presented cells in neat rows and eumorphism,rats' articular chondrocytes in the model group presented extensive areas of chondrocyte degeneration,necrosis and loss.In rats' urine metabolic profiles,5 different metabolites associated with cartilage destruction were detected,such as 4-hydroxynonenal (HNE),trans-4,5-epoxy-2(E)-decenal (EDE),5-methyldeoxycytidine,and 5-L-glutamyl-glycine and prolyl-valine.Compared with the control group (mass spectrum peak area:65820 ± 5200,22080 ± 3538,4292 ± 3520,3277 ± 2025,1104 ± 990),all of them increased in the model group (mass speetrum peak area:90240 ± 18863,25610 ± 5071,9702 ± 6562,6029 ± 3905,4144 ± 5322,t =-3.903,-2.209,-2.814,-2.424,-2.174,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The articular cartilage destruction induced by T-2 toxin could cause the changes of related metabolites in the urine;the 5 kinds of changed metabolites in urine are related to articular cartilage destruction.

Objective: To investigate the prevalence of adolescents dietary behavior in Shanghai, and to explore emotional influence on dietary behavior. Methods: A total of 7 456 students from 10 junior and 6 senior high schools in Shanghai were selected to participate in the questionnaire survey with the stratified random cluster sampling method. The survey included general information, eating behavior, PHQ-2 and GAD-7. Results: During the past week, the proportion of adolescents in Shanghai reported consumption of sugar sweetened beverages, sweet desserts, frequent fried food and fast food (≥4 times/week) were 13.26%, 16.90%, 6.99 % and 13.01%, respectively. The proportion of students reported consumption of fruits, vegetables, milk and breakfast every day were 56.96%, 73.00%, 65.03% and 76.11%, respectively. There were significant differences by sex and educational stages(both P <0.05). Adolescents with depression or anxiety have a higher incidence of unhealthy eating behaviors than those without depression or anxiety( P <0.01). After adjusting for gender, school, accommodation, grades, pocket money and social class, depression and anxiety increase the risk of various unhealthy eating behaviors in adolescents( P <0.05). Compared with those without anxiety, the risks of sugar sweetened beverages consumption (≥1 time/d) among adolescents with mild and moderate to severe anxiety were 1.42 times (95% CI =1.20-1.67) and 2.51 times (95% CI =2.09-3.01), the risks of insufficient fruits consumption (<1 time/d) were 1.30 times (95% CI =1.16-1.45) and 1.28 times (95% CI =1.11-1.47), the risks of insufficient vegetable consumption (<1 time/d) were 1.35 times (95% CI =1.20-1.52) and 1.41 times(95% CI =1.21-1.65), the risks of insufficient milk consumption (<1 time/d) were 1.29 times (95% CI =1.15-1.44) and 1.20 times(95% CI =1.04-1.39), and the risks of breakfast skipping were 1.75 times (95% CI =1.54-1.99) and 2.97 times (95% CI =2.55-3.46) among adolescents with mild and moderate to severe anxiety. Conclusion The proportion of unhealthy eating behaviors among adolescents in Shanghai is still high. Early education and intervention for students eating behaviors should be carried out, and attention should be paid to the occurrence of adolescents negative emotions, so as to reduce the risk of unhealthy eating behaviors among adolescents through the promotion of mental health.

Objective To investigate correlation between aspirin resistance(AR) and inflammatory factors. Methods One hundred and ten patients with coronary heart disease took aspirin 0.1 mg/d for 14 days.It was detected platelet aggregation function induced with adenosine disphosphate (ADP) and arachidonic acid (AA), and investigated correlation between AR and inflammatory factors. Interleukin-1? (IL-1?),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and high sensitive C-reaction protein (hs-CRP) levels. Results IL-6 level of patients with AR was significantly higher than that of aspirin sensitive (AS) patients. The other two index were not different between the two groups. Conclusion IL-6 levels could be used as predictor.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the difference in mental health status of oral tumor patients and their spouses, and explore the differences on the basis of relevant materials.

METHODSForty patients with oral cancer, eighteen spouses, and thirty-five patients with oral benign tumor were diagnosed in the West China Hospital of Stomatology between December 2011 and August 2012 and assessed with symptom checklist-90 (SCL90) (the 5-grade scoring). Participants were assessed independently according to their conditions. Blood samples were obtained from the participants by syringe on the second admission day. A method was developed to determine the concentrations of catecholamine and glucocorticoid in the serum using high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS).

RESULTSThe scores for compel, depression and rests in the cancer group and benign tumor group were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores for compel, dread and stubborn in the cancer group and their spouses were statistically significant (P<0.05). The differences between the total and other monomial factor scores were not statistically significant. However, the contents of epinephrine, norepinephrine, cortisone and hydrocortisone in the serum, as determined by HPLC-MS/MS, were significantly different (P<0.001).

CONCLUSIONPsychiatric factors do not show a simple factor effect on patients. Symptoms of patients may be based on tumorigenesis and developed in small molecules. Further research is required.
