- Abstract: The number of people with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) is increasing every year,and the proportion of patients with digestive cancer is also increasing.At present,more and more studies have found that digestive system cancer is associated with type 2 diabetes.This paper reviewed the recent ten years of domestic and foreign researchers using meta-analysis in the study of type 2 diabetes and digestive system cancer outcomes.It suggested that type 2 DM has certain negative effects on the occurrence and prognosis of digestive system cancer.Its influence and mechanism still needs further study through a variety of methods.
