Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of radical proximal gastrectomy jejunal interposi-tion anastomosis and radical total gastrectomy esophageal Roux-en-Y anastomosis on the recovery and quality of life of patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods Fifty patients with proximal gastric carcinoma were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,25 cases in each group. The pa-tients in the control group were given radical total gastrectomy esophageal Roux-en-Y anastomosis, and the patients in the observation group were given radical proximal gastrectomy jejunal interposition anastomo-sis.The blood routine, liver and kidney function, postoperative complications, postoperative gastroesophage-al reflux and quality of life before and after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in blood routine and the liver and kidney function before and after surgery between two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative reflux esophagitis in the observa-tion group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the number of cases with barium reflux into the esophagus in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical function score, emotional function score and overall health quality of life score of patients in two group after surgery were significantly higher than those in two groups before surgery, and the emotion function score and overall health quality of life score of patients in two groups after surgery were significantly higher than those before surgery, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Radical proximal gastrectomy jejunal interposition anastomosis can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative reflux esophagitis in patients with gas-tric cancer, and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, and the clinical effect is better than radical total gastrectomy esophageal Roux-en-Y anastomosis.
