Abstract:
Objective:To study the dispersive in vitro of Flavone Hippophaes Tablets. Methods:A paddle formed a blade and a shaft was used as the stirring element. Aqua distillata: iso propylalcohol(60∶40) were used as a solvent. The dissolution of Flavone Hippophaes Tablets were determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results:The average dissolution of four batches of this drug exceeded the marker amount by 90% in 90 minutes. Conclusion: This method is good for the determination of dissolution of Flavone Hippophaes Tablets.
