Abstract:
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloide in Qianlie Tong Tablet.Methods A HPLC method was used.The chromatographic column was Lichrospher.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1 % phosphoric acid(50∶ 50).The detecting wavelength was 265 nm.Results Berberine hydrochloride had a good linearity and the average recovery was 99.3 %,RSD=0.6 %(n=6).Conclusion This method is convenient,rapid,accurate,stable,and can be used for the quality control of Qianlie Tong Tablet.
