Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI) activity and coronary artery disease(CAD) in elderly patients. Methods Plasma samples from 93 patients with CAD were analyzed for the PAI activity, plasminogen activator(t-PA) activity, serum levels of cholesterol and triglyceride.
