Information needs contained assessment and response information on situational colostomy care issues, information on colostomy care products, and methods of obtaining colostomy care information. Emotional and spiritual needs covered coping with the pressure of colostomy care, reducing stigma, alleviating social pressure, exploring independently and actively adapting. The diverse social network support needs comprised peer support, family support, and medical and nursing staff support. Conclusions:The needs of caregivers for children with enterostomy are diverse and strong.
