Abstract:
Objective:To explore the influencing factors and nursing countermeasures for recurrence after ablation in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation with chronic disease. Methods:From January 2016 to November 2019, we selected 148 elderly atrial fibrillation patients with radiofrequency catheter ablation in the Cardiology Department of Taizhou Municipal Hospital as research objects by convenience sampling. The recurrence of atrial fibrillation within one year after operation was counted, and risk factors of recurrence of atrial fibrillation after ablation were analyzed by the univariate and Logistic regression. Results:Among 148 elderly atrial fibrillation patients with radiofrequency catheter ablation, 42 cases of atrial fibrillation recurred after operation, and the recurrence rate was 28.38%. Logistic regression analysis showed that risk factors for postoperative recurrence in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation included obesity, hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea syndrome and left atrial diameter enlargement. Conclusions:There are many factors affecting the postoperative recurrence of elderly patients with atrial fibrillation. We should take effective measures to reduce the recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation after ablation and improve the quality of life of patients.
